Hi,

The MasterClass series and Multimedia Performance series were recently updated to build 76, which make them look much nicer on Vista/Windows 7. Thanks a lot for that!

Any chance that we get the same facelift for the Video Guitar series?

Regards
/Bjorn

Bad start. I have both blues, both rock and all 3 jazz video lessons so I was excited to see this. I downloaded the two blues files first, ran then and nothing. I cannot launch either program. I see that the update modified the exe files to today, but I cannot get either program to launch, either on their own or through the BIAB Practice dialog.

I am running Windows 7-64 bit.

(Rebooting didn't help either.)

I was able to use my old disk to downgrade back to build 74. What's up?

John

Hello John,

Not sure - it is working great in our testing on Windows 7 64bit. Could you email a summary of your system info to support@pgmusic.com, and the crash report if possible? Is there anything unique/unusual about your computer that you can think of? An easy way to print out system info is to go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Information. Then, go to File | Export and save as a text file.

The installers worked fine for me; however, I must say that I upgraded to build 76 from the previous build 74 patch.

Of course, successful implementation means you must select the correct folder in which to install the patch.

Well here we are, 5 years later. I still have the same computer. When I upgraded to Win 10, I thought I'd give it a try again. Nothing. Yesterday, I thought What the heck? So I tried again. Bingo! Something in the deep, dark corners of windows video upgrades brought the updates to life for me.

Go figure!
