And on through Sunday: BFD Eco for $14 with coupon AM15 at www.audiomidi.com Can you ever have too many drum grooves?? Would be nice if BIAB had a Cyber Monday sale for its next version of BIAB 2012

The extra period got included in your URL Dan, so it doesn't work as is.
Make your sound your own! .. I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

I have it on good authority that.. "The coupon window is available in the last page when ordering." ...once you get the email from FXpansion you'll be able to download from their site. It may come on Monday if not today.

Ya, sorry about that. Although I have to admit, I took a bit myself, but $14 for bfd eco is simply a no brainer.

That particular BFD Eco deal has been up for a couple of months, and is good until the end of the year. I got it, and I'm extremely happy with it.

How about this for FREE.. ClapOMatic A VST plugin with applause Simply drop ClapOMatic across the final mix bus, and let ClapOMatic take care of your ego COMPLETELY AUTOMATICALLY. That's right, you don't even need to twiddle a single knob. Our crowd modelling technology is the ULTIMATE for the busy musician - giving you more time to SOAK UP the LOVE you DESERVE. You don't even need to forget to read the non-existent manual, it's that easy. How does it work?! ClapOMatic uses the latest in analogue modelled neuro-psychological simulations of human attention and gratification / appreciation levels, and then we give them a hefty kick up to where they SHOULD be for your music! The ClapOMatic will faithfully greet your music with the full range of TRUE FAN emotions, from silent awed attention to wild whooping when you deign to allow your fans a chance to show their slave-like devotion.

Question on the BFD Eco:
I have a 2-track version of BFD that came on the cover DVD of Computer Music years ago. Absolutely LOVE the sound of that plugin and ease of use except for one nagging issue: One of the hi-hat sounds does not respond to velocity. It's full on, whenever getting a trigger. It's so bad that when I use BFD, I actually mute that note and play the hat sound from a different drum module-very tedious.
Did they fix that with this version, because if so, it is a great deal if you don't need outputs other than 2 track. Fit's most readers here I would say, including myself.

Don't know as I just downloaded this morning. however here is their claim: "...Each kit-piece features a maximum of 24 velocity layers, at 16-bit resolution, for each of its articulations. ".
And everything else about the product: http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=103&tab=276
I will learn more this weekend.

BTW, I was in communication with FXpansion about the former issue of the open hat only having what seemed like one volume level. This was with a previous version of BFD. I'm going to buy this version today.

BTW - I couldn't get the Audio Midi coupon to work. So I bailed on the BFD Eco purchase.
I tried both AM15 and am15 with no joy.

When was that? Before the end of November or more recently?

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option
Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!
Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!
For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.
Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!
Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
