Hallo, ich möchte mir gerne die neue 2012 Version kaufen und habe dazu eine Frage die für mich kaufentscheidend ist.
Ist es Möglich in BIAB eine Midispur zu haben die ausschließlich zum Umschalten von Effekten genutzt wird. Das mit den Befehlen PrgChange oder Patch( so heißt der Befehl bei Cakewalk)
Ich kann es ja nochmal ausführlicher erklären. Ich habe zwei Effektgeräte die mit zwei Midispuren "ferngesteuert" werden. D.h. das Halbplayback läuft ab und die beiden Midispuren laufen mit, immer dann wenn ein Effektwechsel kommen muss, habe ich auf den jeweiligen Midispuren (im Moment sind es noch Patches) da ich die SonarLE Software werwende,einen Befehl der z.Bsp. mein G-Major von Programm 23 auf 38 schaltet. Da ich mit dem G-Major auch die Kanäle meines Amps fernsteuere habe ich so überhaupt keine Tretminenarbeit mehr zu leisten und das ist live schon sehr komfortabel. Da mir die Cakewalk Software aber zu studiolastig ist, und ich auch aus der Gitarrenecke komme, spiele ich mit dem Gedanken mir die neue BIAB Software zu kaufen, doch nur dann wenn auch sogenannte Programmwechsel via Midi möglich sind.
Leider kann man das keine deutsches Handbuch irgendwo finden und den Link hier im Forum kann man nur nutzen wenn man schon BIAB auf dem Rechner hat.
Mir wäre auch geholfen wenn ich ein deutsches Handbuch von BIAB 2011 oder 2012 bekommen könnte, dann könnte ich das alles nachlesen.

BB kann 16 Midikanäle ansprechen und beliebig PrgChanges bzw. Patches senden.

hallo und danke für die antwort...
d.h. ich habe in der software auch eine spurenansicht in der ich dann solche programmwechsel usw. eingeben bzw. auch für das richtige timing an die richtige stelle setzen kann?

Band-in-a-Box (BB) verfügt über 2 Spuren, die editierbar sind. Die übrigen 5 'Spuren' sind für Instrumente reserviert, die für automatisch generierte Begleit-Arrangements erforderlich sind. BB erfüllt damit prinzipiell die spezifischen Wünsche hier.
Besonders praktisch ist jedoch, dass BB 'gebundelt' kommt mit RealBand. Das ist ein kompletter 48 Spuren Sequenzer der Cakewalk Klasse, der, anders als etwa Cakewalk, hervorragend mit BB kommuniziert und somit in der Lage ist, ähnlich wie BB eigenständig komplette Arrangements zu erstellen.

danke martin...
ich habe mir die software nun bei thomann bestellt und werde sie voraussichtlich morgen bekommen... dann wird sie installiert und ich kann ja mal ausprobieren ob meine "fernsteuerung der effekte" dann so funktioniert wie ich es mir wünsche... sollte ich nochn fragen haben, werde ich die hier im forum dann stellen...

an deiner Stelle würde ich die Software bei M3C in Berlin kaufen. Die haben einen Superservice!!! und du bekommst Prozente, wenn du ein BIAB Seminar auf Burg Fürsteneck besuchst. Die Seminare sind absolut Spitze!

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
