Hi all,
I bought BIAB 2012 Pro and each time I try to load some styles like Country Waltz with piano I got an error -5 as shon below (BBoutput.txt)
Error=-5
BBHandle=132882
;Error #-5, Style is not found:_CWALTZP.STY
StyleTimeSig=4
CompileTimeSeconds=0

I have the same problem with my socks. Apparently there is a rift in the universe that inexorably draws socks and styles into its nether regions. Its even worse for styles, because you can't tie them together.

Recent version lets you tie them together even if they don't match...

Does this happen with all styles, or just some? If it's just some, is it always the same ones? This will give us a clue as to what's going on.

Try Rebuild List button; might help.. it might remove some styles from the list, but that means they aren't in the right place to begin with.
The program looks in a specified folder and if they are not there, they aren't found .. even though your list may show them (from previous session)
Check the routing for Realtracks in the Options-Preferences-Song Generation area.
A quick chat with live help would likely solve it quickly.

I checked for folders and everything seems Ok. My Realband program from BIAB 2012 Pro works only with the following styles :
_JazzSwP
_JazFred
_AcCntry
_HankPS
_Elecrok
_DreamyP
Does this mean I don't have access to any more Realband styles without paying ?

If you only purchased the BIAB Pro version, then you only get a handful of RealTracks. That's why the other versions cost more, because you get so many additional RealTracks. The application program for both BIAB and RealBand are the same for all versions, so what you are paying for are additional styles, RealDrums, and RealTracks (as well as perhaps some additional add-ons).
With just the ProPack, these are the only RealTracks you receive:
If you want more RealTracks, then you need to upgrade to a higher level version. The chart on this page shows you what comes with which version.

It is quite clear. the page you mentioned doesn't show if it is possible to upgrade from Pro version to let's say Ultrapak or Everythingpak fot instance, and how much it would cost

I think it would cost you $279 to go to the UltraPlusPak or $379 to go to the EverythingPak, but I would give PGMusic a call or email or LivChat and ask them. Assuming you ordered from them, they'll know what you already purchased and can tell you exactly what it will cost.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
