Bonjour à tous,

Dans une composition qui dure près de 7 minutes, j'aimerais que le thème principal qui se répète à intervalles réguliers (piste soliste) ne soit pas toujours interprété par le même instrument.
Pour le moment, c'est la clarinette conductrice qui le joue.
Est-il possible de changer une ou plusieurs fois d'instrument (j'aimerais assez passer au trombone) sur la piste SOLISTE et/ou la piste MELODIE et de revenir ensuite à l'instrument qui a débuté le morceau?...

A tout hasard, une question plutôt destinée à un musicien chevronné : une fois la mélodie principale écrite, BAND IN A BOX est-il capable de générer un contre-chant (respectant ou non les règles du contrepoint)?
Et si oui, comment!

Salut Mathusalem,

Sur une piste midi, tu peux changer d'instrument sans problème : clic droit sur la mesure à partir de laquelle tu veux changer, Réglage mesure courante, et dans la fenêtre qui suit, tu peux changer pas mal d'éléments, dont l'instrument ; tu peux le faire aussi souvent que tu le veux dans le morceau.

Sur une piste realtrack, tu ne peux pas garder le motif musical et changer l'instrument ; tu ne peux que chercher un autre motif parmi les RT qui existent pour l'instrument que tu souhaites.

Je suis loin d'être un musicien chevronné mais je fais souvent générer un contrechant à BB en utilisant les RT ; ça oblige parfois à faire des dizaines de tentatives jusqu'à ce que tu tombes sur quelque chose qui te plait, mais ça peut être surprenant en qualité.

Merci pour ta réponse : c'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait!
Pour ce qui est du contre-chant, j'ai trouvé une solution bancale, mais qui me convient.
Après avoir codé accords et mélodie, je sauve cette partie du travail puis je modifie le style en "ELEGANT". Je joue alors le morceau que je stoppe après quelques mesures et j'imprime la partition que BAND IN A BOX a créée pour le piano (en général "Rhodes électrique").
Je m'inspire du résultat pour créer mon propre contre-chant, en modifiant ce qui ne me convient pas, évidemment!!!
Ce n'est pas toujours fameux, mais c'est mieux que rien...

We've enhanced the Melodists feature included in Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows!

Access the Melodist feature by pressing F7 in the program to open the new MultiPicker Library and locate the [Melodist] tab.

You can now generate a melody on any track in the program - very handy! Plus, you select how much of the melody you want generated - specify a range, or apply it to the whole track.
