After listening to your songs I always find myself wishing for a melody or some lyrics. There's only so much variety you can get by changing the chords but keeping the guitar tone and basic set of riffs the same.

In summary, I like your playing but I'd like to hear an expansion of your style. Maybe an intricately planned intro or ending... maybe a recurring signature passage or identifiable melody... Maybe a new tone on your guitar. Maybe a guitar or vocal harmony.

Hi Eric,

Depending on who's listening, I'd imagine that some people would hear this song as a 3/4 waltz while others hear it as a slow 6/8. For me, I heard it as 6/8 because a "strong weak weak medium weak weak" pulse seemed to be happening. I always find a slow 6/8 lilt very restful to listen to. That was the case here, too.

The chord changes you've used really reminded me of Celtic songs (particularly, Irish). Nice! I liked what you have created with this music.

All the best,
Noel

I'm missing what you call a theme. As you play the lead yourself
you have got the power which you haven't when you use Realtracks.
Use your power.
