Very catchy, very imaginative! I love all the funny noises, twists and turns.
If there were BIAB guitar and bass in there you must have put them through the wringer. The key change at 2:26 is downright bizarre, but works and that's all that matters!
Great track.

Very cool and unique use of BB/RB in a song.

Was that lead guitar at 1:48 to the key change a BB/RB guitar?

The modulation was kinda weird. Like not everything changed together. The bass was the last to go up. I'd clean that part up and make it sound professional. Anybody listening will say "WHAT?" right there.... everything else is so well done...

All in all a really cool and hip song. I could hear this being recorded or used in a movie once you fix the modulation.

Love this song.

I liked this a lot. Very good vocal. Much different than most things posted here. I thought the modulation was really cool although unexpected. Great track! Tom

I haven't been here for a while, and this is the first time I've seen you here. If you're actually new, then "WELCOME to the forum!" (If you've been here for a while, then "Nice to meet you!")

that song was exactly what I like to hear from members of this user showcase! It was the perfect example of how somebody can take the same tracks the rest of us have, and do something totally fresh with it!

Hi there,

yes, very original!
Haven't heard something like this before on the forum.
Like the modulation in the third part of the song.

Regards,
Rob

NB: Brents soloists zijn verreweg de beste!
Benieuwd naar je verdere nummers.

Well, that was different! Not my style of music but damn!!!
A very hypnotic beat.
The more I listen, the more I like it.
The line "you break my heart" repeats in my brain now; a sign of a good song.

Well done

Alyn

To be repeated in someone's brain is a songwriters wet dream!

I have to agree this has kind of a Talking Heads vibe to it, but only slightly. The kind of electronica feel took me back to the 1980's definitely without feeling old or tired. It is a truly enjoyable listen and a change from most of the styles I have heard on this forum. Very well done. I notice the modulation, but notice anything bad about it at all. I may not have as experienced an ear as others though. All in all I thought it was enjoyable and well done.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
