This is a song I put together earlier this year with BIAB, called Angel On The Breadline. I recently decided to do a moody little video to go along with the song... LOL!
Hey Bob What a nice video! I love the effect you have here. I'm definitely gonna give it a try. PS Love the song and especially the conga drums

I think this may well be my new favorite from you!
The lyrics are full of interesting imagery, and you made it flow seamlessly with none of it sounding contrived. The video effect is also kind of profound in its own simplicity.. you've made some really complex artsy videos, but this rivals any you've ever made. It just seems "right" for the song. Maybe because the video is understated, it yields center stage to the song. (Sometimes an "over the top" video ends up competing with the music.)
The buttery quality of your voice is ideal for this melody... and your harmonies are just perfect! I've mentioned before that you have such a stylized voice that it can potentially create harmonizing challenges unless your harmonist is equally stylized. In this case, the other singer is YOU, and so the symmetry between the voices is spot ON! Just a total pleasure to hear! I can't find one nit here to mention.
We haven't heard from you in a while.. I hope this is the beginning of more songs from you!
I liked your earlier post too and this is if possible even better !:)) I get a little Lou Reed vibe here !!:)) You really know how to work them lyrics and merge them with very nice tunes !:))
I really liked this song! You have a great voice and the video was super. The song, lyrics, backing tracks and mix were top notch. The violin lead was perfect!
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Bob, I remember this song from your original posting. It was excellent then and even better with the video. Thanks for sharing and helping us remember the less fortunate. SD
