Al decir "estilos" ¿te refieres a los creados por los usuarios o a los producidos por terceros a nivel comercial?

Band-in-a-Box incluye miles, ¿que versión tienes?
En cualquier caso, si deseas aún mas, te puedo sugerir que visites http://www.nortonmusic.com/ y le des una buena ojeada, hay cosas muy interesantes alli. Y tambien quiero aupar a los usuarios que hayan construido sus propios y quieran compartirlos, a anunciarlos por aqui.

Hola Raul,

La causa por la cuál no ves los estilos latinos reunidos en un solo grupo o carpeta en tu lista de estilos es porque no están agrupados en el archivo que usa el programa para tal fin y que rige o controla la manera como los estilos aparecen en dicha lista en Band-in-a-Box.

En la versíón 2009 todavía se utilizaba la forma antigua de organizar los grupos de estilos en carpetas con varias subdivisiones de géneros. Luego de eso y a partir de la versión 2010 y 2011 los estilos fueron organizados de manera más general y amplia, para evitar confusión debido a la mayor cantidad de estilos que paulatinamente siempre han sido añadidos en sucesivas versiones del programa.

En tu versión 2009 y algunas mas adelante hasta la 2010 aproximadamente, debes buscar las instrucciones para organizar los estilos, aprendiendo como editar dicho archivo cuyo nombre es: BBW.LST ,y que se encuentra en la raiz del directorio donde Band-in-a-Box está instalado en tu ordenador. Dichas instrucciones se encuentran al principio del texto y deberán seguirse al pie de la letra.

Lo que parece un tanto extraño es que partiendo de que tu copia de Band-in-a-Box es original, no tengas dichos estilos, ya que la versión 2009 contiene 77 estilos agrupados cada uno en su correspondiente carpeta. Por favor revisa en tu directorio cuantas carpetas de estilos aparecen allí, y enumeralos aqui en el hilo de tu consulta, para saber que tienes y que no y poder asistirte mejor.

En todo caso puedes intentar usar la función "Reconstruir lista de estilos" con el botón "RE-Const" entrando en la ventana de Selección de estilos de Band-in-a-Box, esto deberá reorganizar la lista de estilos y encontrar las nuevas adiciones realizadas luego de la instalación del programa.

Por otro lado, existen usuarios que aportan sus propios estilos como ya tu mismo lo mencionaste, ya que para la version 2009, (aunque no recuerdo bien ahora con exactitud) no estaba incluido ese estilo en la lista todavía.

Este es un ejemplo pero de UserTrack para RealBand, alli hay uno de Danzón.

Voy a dejarte aqui una copia de las carpetas #70 y #76 correspondientes a los grupos de estilos latinos Salsa Moderna y Salsa Clasica respectivamente, alli podrás apreciar que estilos se encuentran presneten en la versión 2009 en el género latino.

Hola Maribel, bienvenida al foro,

Desde hace muchas versiones Band-in-a-Box contiene esos y otros estilos agrupados cada uno en su correspondiente carpeta. Por favor revisa en tu directorio cuantas carpetas de estilos aparecen allí y usa la función "Reconstruir lista de estilos" entrando en la ventana de Selección de estilos de Band-in-a-Box, esto deberá reorganizar la lista de estilos y encontrar tanto las carpetas viejas como las nuevas adiciones realizadas luego de la instalación del programa.

We've enhanced the Melodists feature included in Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows!

Access the Melodist feature by pressing F7 in the program to open the new MultiPicker Library and locate the [Melodist] tab.

You can now generate a melody on any track in the program - very handy! Plus, you select how much of the melody you want generated - specify a range, or apply it to the whole track.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 DAW Plugin Version 6: New Features Specifically for Reaper®

New with the DAW Plugin Version 6.0, released with Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows: the Reaper® Panel!

This new panel offers built-in specific support for the Reaper® DAW API allowing direct transfer of Band-in-a-Box® files to/from Reaper® tracks!

When you run the Plugin from Reaper®, there is a panel to set the following options:
-BB Track(s) to send: This allows you to select the Plugin tracks that will be sent Reaper.
-Destination Reaper Track: This lets you select the destination Reaper track to receive media content from the Plugin.
-At Bar: You can select a bar in Reaper where the Plugin tracks should be placed.
-Start Below Selected Track: This allows you to place the Plugin tracks below the destination Reaper track.
-Overwrite Reaper Track: You can overwrite previous content on the destination Reaper track.
-Move to Project Folder: With this option, you can move the Plugin tracks to the Reaper project folder.
-Send Reaper Instructions Enable this option to send the Reaper Instructions instead of rendering audio tracks, which is faster.
-Render Audio & Instructions: Enable this option to generate audio files and the Reaper instructions.
-Send Tracks After Generating: This allows the Plugin to automatically send tracks to Reaper after generating.
-Send Audio for MIDI Track: Enable this option to send rendered audio for MIDI tracks.
-Send RealCharts with Audio: If this option is enabled, Enable this option to send RealCharts with audio.
