Bob,
This is my favorite of your writes. Loved the "hook" - going back to the "black silken gown" each time is well done. The simple guitar/bass was perfect for it.
There were a couple of spots where the prosody was interrupted a bit (extra syllables). Those could be "fix" easily and this song is SO good, I hope you consider it...
Man! I like this... I become more of a fan with each song...
