Very nice Bob!! You have a great poetic style. The sparse arrangement and rhythm worked perfectly. I love that Brent "dreamy" style-working on a song using that now. Works perfectly here! Very pleasant listen! Take care. Greg

Great lyrics. Very nice arrangement. You do have great poetic imagery in your lyrics. Oddly, lyrically I'm led to think you write similar to Gerry Rafferty. Musically, your musical arrangements are much moodier, singer/songwriter than his pop arrangements.

This is a very well written lyric and song. I enjoyed my listen.

"...Only the silence remains
Like a never ending spell
One more day, one more story to tell"

Awesome, Bob. Terrific write. Every line in the lyric is interesting. The melody is simple and repeating AND totally captivating - I really like it...by the end it seemed as though I had known this song for years. Like an old friend...

Really like what you are doing musically. So much space, yet so full. Excellent mix.

This is cool.

Keep it up!!!

Rob this is your best to data IMHO.

Everything about this is top shelf, your vocal, mix and instrument selection is perfect. Haunting but beautiful at the same time. I can't praise you enough about your lyrics; they are fantastic. A great story told in song.

This is a keeper.

"The simple moments that always slip

Down into the wishing well

One more dawn, one more story to tell'

Wow! Stunning imagery everywhere. Man, this would support
a wonderful video. We love sparse arrangements that are
effective and what a great example this is.

That arrangement and your vocal are right in the pocket
with the write.

We much enjoyed it!

Hey Bob,

This has hints of Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen in it. The lyrics are exceptional as usual and it is avant-garde as all get out.

It think is is very courageous to do stuff like this where it is all out full frontal poetry. You should send this to Bob Dylan. He may send you back one of his guitars and say.

"Go ahead and take over man. I'm retired."
