Here's a solo project I finished about six weeks ago. This was a lot of work, and not just the video. The pitch of the vocal was way out of my comfort zone (but I just couldn't resist ;-)), and partly because of that the audio took weeks of tweaking and balancing. Hope you like the result.
For those who may find the video distracting here is the AUDIO VERSION
As always comments are encouraged.

A nice one Rob, I enjoyed it. Your pitch-perfect voice sounds great here. Congratulations on conjuring such a professional, big production out of BIAB and polishing it so well.
Cool performance and your effort on the vocal was well rewarded. The video is very distracting - it doesn't match the emotional content of the song - well, when the male character is miming particularly. I found I enjoyed the song more when I scrolled down to type.

I really like the 80's feel of the song, would fit perfectly on the Top Gun soundtrack Realtrack selection in BIAB is already so extensive that it can really create the exact atmosphere for many kind of songs. The mix is excellent and your singing sounds really professional.
Terrific listen. Super vocal! Another cool production. You always find things in BIAB that I've never even noticed. - the Bass, Electric, FunkPumpingQuarters and RealDrums: RetroPop - those were a real surprise...
Beautiful song. Great mix, as always. Top shelf stuff...
Wow! You were sure up there in the top end of the tenor range! I admire your talent. The production of this is fantastic. You've really honed your skills when it comes to getting a full, rich and vibrant sound in the mix. This is definitely one to be proud of. It was well worth all the effort.
It was an interesting touch to have Anne-Maree woven into the dress's fabric.
Your ability to take a BIAB production to such a level, and I mean ‘commercially viable’ level is really awesome. Everything about this song, from the choice of music, the vocals, the recording, the mix and mastering is just absolute professional. Its been said, and will be said again, you’re a beacon of light to those working with BIAB,,,, Thank you

Hey y'all, stunning production and absolutely nothing to apologize for regarding the vocal. It's a powerhouse..
Also, this showcases a remarkable selection of RT's -- wow, does it ever work!
Just an outstanding production -- one of the best posted here this year.

PS We haven't watched the video yet -- I have flash turned off but will switch it on for PG Music. No problems with linked videos but the forum requires flash for embedded vids. Someday flash will disappear. Pardon the rant -- we are Mac users and Apple does not like flash -- at all
Thanks for your comments. About the mimicking part of the main character, you're probably right. Probably should've left that out. By the way it's virtually impossible to get the lip-synching exactly in sync.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
