Hello everybody, A friend of mine is a painter. Her paintings inspired me to write this song. COLOUR ME FLOWERS Comments encouraged! This is a beautiful song. The video is really nice and production of both the audio and video are excellent. The first note of the solo hits a bit hard but they was the only distraction.
Enjoyed my listen.

I really like the lyrics and melody. And the arrangement and instrument choices too. Beautiful and haunting. Also, I did not read the instruments correctly and did not notice the "Atmosphere Angelina". so at first I thought you had run the Dreamy Gtr through an Fx Bus and lowered the original Gtr down to zero leaving only the effects for atmosphere. So you have given me an idea

What a beautiful song, the lyrics are so gentle and poetic. It was a real pleasure to sit with my coffee this morning and just let it flow over me. Each clip on the video gave one the ability for thought and reflection.

Loved the video and equally loved Ann-Marie's singing. This is such an atmospheric composition. The way that words and music have been woven together to create the song-equivalent of an impressionistic painting is very impressive. You've done a great job Anne-Marie!
Rob, the musical backing, its arranging and its mix is, as always, top shelf.

There is so much synergy with the vocal, the backing tracks and the video. You two

Omigosh, Anne-Marie... this is SOOOoooo BEAUTIFUL!!
When I first heard the beginning, I thought it was a hammered dulcimer.. and even after listening for several times, I still can't figure out how you accomplished that sound!
This is a good example of the way collaborating with professionals elevates the whole project to a level that is bigger than the sum of its parts... your skill in video making , song writing , mixing etc, combined with Henriette's beautiful visual art really works together very well to create an audio-visual delight!
I loved EVERYTHING about this song...
the repetitions within the lyrics
your beautiful voice
the lyrics themselves
the paintings
the mix
the instrumentation was also a key part of the ethereal quality you managed to create in this song.. the pipes especially
we've said this before, but you should be famous. Please hurry up and get famous! I'm old and I'll be dead soon, and I don't want to miss it when it happens. ;-)

Well editing Brent's guitar in order to achieve such a sound would almost be undoable ...But I can surely recommend The Angelina.vst, which is free by the way.
