"Letter to John
There’s movement along the fault-line
A ghost is holding up a stop sign
Guess it’s borrowed time by the by"

Bob, oh Bob. You did it again man!! Awesome! Totally you, and great lyrics.

You have an album almost I think. All these songs form a whole. They have a thru-line. I think you are about ready for a release.

An inspired idea for the song - wouldn`t we all like to know how he`d see the world now!
The production is excellent - I like the rhythmic but relaxed feel of the backing and the conversational tone of the lyrics.
Another keeper!

Bob

This song had me completely mesmerized, that off beat drumming and tremolo on the guitar, especially that deep boss sound all wrapping around solid hard storyline,,, Excellent

David,

Thanks so much. I've actually been releasing some 4-song EPs. I find it much easier and quicker than doing full albums.

As always, looking forward to your next song. smile

Enjoyed this.

Hi Bob.

A bit of Dylan, a bit of Lou Reed, a lot of your own magic.

A very infectious backing with your usual interesting lyrics and super vocal delivery.

Super.

I agree with David. This is vintage RSDean!! Love the vibe. Really creative idea the way you use the first line as a hook to start each verse-never seen that before. Love the tremolo guitar-perfect for this tune! Another really cool song!! Take care. Greg

Bob,

I agree with floyd. You're developing quite a flair for getting the best out of BIAB and accompaniments that complement your style perfectly. I liked this a lot.

Regards,
Noel

Hello, Bob

The tremolo guitar sounds that reminds 60's British Rock are nostalgic and very effective on this tune.
Very enjoyable listen.

Best Regards.

Greg,

Thank you. The baritone guitar RT has some really great sounds - all I did here was just tweak it a bit.

"Letter to John
Music still begins and ends with rhyme
A digital wave came down the coastline
Nobody told me but we’re still getting by"

We don't use the word much but....AWESOME!

Concise and to the point. Nothing to add and nothing to take away.

You have an amazing feel for what can be done with BiaB to support
your writes and vocals.

It sounds tremendous on the monitors and, man, we enjoyed it!

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
