Hello, Everybody, This song was written a couple years ago, I have remade it with RealTracks and BIAB MIDI style featuring string orchestration. I think the song doesn’t need a skillful vocal, so I asked my underclass student to sing it. Maybe it was successfully done. I have belonged to a music circle that consists of people who had finished the composing and arrangement class of Yamaha music school. Now I introduce it to you. Title: 雪のワタボウシ(Translation; Floss silk headgear of snow) Vocal: Yumi, my circle friend Accompanied with rhythm section and 4 part strings. Style is _CSTRBAL.STY RealTracks in style: ~518:Bass, Electric, Pop HalfNotes Ev 085 RealTracks in style: ~~367:Guitar, Electric, Background Dreamy Ev 065 RealTracks in style: ~~368:Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Ev 065 RealDrums: RealDrums in Style: NashvilleEven8^1-a:Sidestick, HiHat , b:Snare, Ride (A part) Style is ST_ELMO.STY Style MIDI Instruments are : Acoustic Piano played with Steinberg The Grand3 MIDI Drums played with Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.0 (B part) Additional Strings played with EastWest symphonic orchestra Link: https://soundcloud.com/animarorecords/floss-silk-headgear-of-snowSummary of lyrics We are puzzled with the hesitation in the town glittered, and wrapped quietly with snow. Are you aware? I am next to you but I can’t get started to express my feelings. I am looking for a place where the floss silk headgear of snow blown off will be gently melt and bloom. May I tie your hand tightly? I want to walk your right side all the time. In the next spring I am sure our love will bloom neatly. Best Regards. Shigeki Adachi

Hello, Peter
Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment. I have listened to many American standard songs and musical songs from my childhood. Maybe I have been affected deeply by them.
Best Regards.

Salut, PRADON
Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment. I was very encouraged by your warm comment. I have studied the strings arrangement through the orchestrations of great arrangers in your country, such as Michel Legrand, Paul Mauriat, Christian Gaubert, Jean-Claude Petit, etc.
Best Regards.

こんにちは Shigeki Adachi,
It's good to see you again!
This is beautiful. I love the way with which you arrange the strings. It sounds like very sophisticated 4-part harmony to my ears. It's easy to tell that you have expertise in this field.
The chord progression that supports this melody is beautiful. You're a talented composer!
Regards, Noel

What an excellent way you have brought the orchestral parts in and out of the song.
A very enjoyable listen.
Thanks for delivering another really pleasant contribution.

Magnificent! It sounds HUGE on our monitors.
Nobody does this like you.
We don't have a clue how you do this but we much appreciate the sound and time and effort it must take to do it.
Thanks for posting!

Hello, Noel, Trevor, Janice & Bud
Many thanks for taking the time to listen and comment. I was very encouraged by your warm comments every time. As I have loved the strings arrangements, I still often listen to the works of my most favorite arrangers such as Michel Legrand, Claus Ogerman, Nelson Riddle, Don Sebesky, Ennio Morricone, etc.
Best Regards

Peter Peter nailed it!! Gorgeous whimsical style and soaring melody. Beautiful strings. Vocalist has wonderful feel. Which East West orchestra is this-sounds great! Awesome job Shigeki!! Take care. Greg

Hi Shigeki,
This could be music for a romantic 50's/60's movie. We're thinking of Audrey Hepburn. The strings are beautifully arranged.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
