This song is a collaboration with PeterF. I was so pleased to be able to do this with him. Prairie Dreamin I was working on this new song when Peter gave me a shout to discuss a possible collaboration. I sent Peter the backtrack done in BIAB2015 and he converted the newer BIAB2017 with some cooler RealTracks.. This was Peters Setup RealTracks in song: ~2475:Bass, Acoustic, HeldSimple Ev 085 RealTracks in song: 1728:Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm PopBalladJohn Ev 085 RealTracks in song: ~1118:Guitar, 12-String Acoustic, Strumming Ev 085 RealTracks in song: 1155:Organ, B3, Rhythm Reggae Ev16 100 RealTracks in song: 2444:Guitar, Baritone Electric, Background PopCountryBrent Ev 085 Loop in Song: Drums\TambourineEv16 RealDrums in Song: PopRock16ths^01-a:SnrKc, b:RdSnrK Gretsch Electromatic – Through NI Guitar Rig5 Mixed in Cakewalk Sonar There were also a couple of patch changes to Bass 518 and some additional cymbal crashes. This was my setup Gibson Les Paul Deluxe with P90's mic'd through a Purdy Amp with a touch of compression and delay. Hope you like the song

Scott,
I enjoyed this! We can hear you getting to know each other`s style as the song moves along- I really like the interplay and the way tones change along the journey. The feel is laid back but with a hint of Grateful Dead improv. to these ears.

Nice! I don't know exactly what you were aiming for, but if it was wistful melancholy, you nailed it.

Robert Thanks Robert for checking out the song and the comment. Peter has a very good ear for the melody and it was fun dancing around the melody with him. He has an awesome tone with his guitar.

Greg Thanks so much for the awesome comments. Happy New Year to you and your family. Nice! I don't know exactly what you were aiming for, but if it was wistful melancholy, you nailed it. Thanks David. One of the cool things about creating these songs is going in with a blank canvass and hoping at the end that its represents something someone would like to hear. Glad you liked it :-)
