Problem one is the midi file which is created in BIAB has something wrong with it so that the chord sheet does not translate well in EKs.
Second problem is each time I create the chord sheet midi it also creates a .wav file (it is named the realdrums audio but is actually the entire tune) along side it. I just delete this but it is not right.
Third problem is that first several bars are not correct?? Wrong chords?? This can be fixed easily in EZKs.
These three problems are new to BIAB 2017.
Problem one is a show stopper. There seems to be a "space" between each chord change so that EKs does not play smoothly between chord changes. In other words there is now a big difference in how it plays when you "type" in the chords verses "inputting" them directly from "BIAB".
Wait, I got audio snippets, I got pictures, I am even making a multi-camera screen-capture audio\video movie. I was sure no one would believe me. So I do appreciate you looking into this "minor technical issue".
I suspect there are only a small number of users who work with the "chord output" feature, but this little feature (as old as it is) is big in my workflow since it drives my ability to integrate BIAB with other applications.

RapidComposer works good with EZKeys as you can drag any midi into it and it will fit it over any chord/scale. It will read the BB Chord Output. You can drag midi phrases straight out of EZKeys Browser into RapidCpmposer. It will load as a vsti into Biab using FL MiniHost, outputting RapidComposer to EZKeys.
Again I never use this (or even eZkeys) and thought "OutputCh." was "output CHannels" not "Output CHords"
Come to think of it I remember seeing a thread recently where someone else mentioned this - again DUH (and thx)!

I do know how EZKeys and BIAB work together. I have done a couple songs with this workflow. However, today was the first time I tried to work in BIAB 2017. And there is a problem which was not in prior versions.
You actually hear the problem more than see the problem, however I do think I can see it in your example.
The EZKs segments' when played' should flow from chord to chord and bar to bar. However, there appears to be a brief "space" or silence, prior to each new bar. It is not natural, and it don't sound good. More important it don't sound that way when you type the chords in versus importing them from BIAB's output chords.
I was prepared to demo the entire issue, but don't want to post a bunch of stuff that few if any (besides you and I) would have interest. I am hoping PGM will look into this and quickly see a problem and post a fix.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
