This is my new song which is a classical and orchestral work. It has a calm and soothing melody with beautiful sounds. It comprises five parts and five different instruments I chose carefully play them in turn.
As usual, my wife helped me a lot in deciding its title. She said it gave her an impression as if she were recollecting fond memories of her days gone by.

It took me longer time than usual because I had rebuilt the part of melody and done a lot of fine tuning work. Frankly I am satisfied with the result.

I sincerely hope more people would kindly listen to it and give me their feedback. Any advice would be especially welcome.

Really nice piece of music with the build up towards the end, great chord changes. smile
That 'ARPORK34.STY' style is stylish, I'm using it on composition at the moment.

Rob,

Thank you for your comment. I am glad you enjoyed my new song. In many cases, I use the MIDI styles rather than the Real styles. This is especially true for classical tunes. It is partly because the number of the Real Styles is small for this category. Moreover, I can freely assign multiple instruments to a track just like I did for this song.

Brian,

Thank you for your encouraging comment. I am glad you like my song.

Yes, ARPORK34.STY is really good to use for the classical waltz. It changes its face as different sets of instruments are assigned.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
