Piep..... Jestem legalnym posiadaczem programu od kilku lat. Zadawałem pytania, na które nigdy! nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Sugerowałem na forum żeby Cię odstrzelili. Jako moderator jesteś daremny. Program dobry a wsparcie w Polsce żadne. To nie jest OK.

Program dobry a wsparcie w Polsce żadne. To nie jest OK. To prawda, chyba jest trochę osób które szukają odpowiedzi. Sam mam kilka. Z drugiej strony żyjemy w epoce Social media więc może jakaś grupa?

Dzień dobry,
Jestem świeżym użytkownikiem programu. W grudniu kupiłem pakiet PRO. Program w mojej ocenie jest super i spełnia całkowicie moje oczekiwania. Chciałbym dysponować większą liczbą real tracków, dlatego w marcu br. upgradowałem mój pakiet PRO do wersji MEGA. No i wszystko się posypało. Na początku program całkowicie odmówił poprawnego nagrywania. Dźwięki były bardzo silnie zniekształcone. Po powtórnej instalacji poprawiło się ale program nie zapisuje ścieżek audio. Po nagraniu można ją odtworzyć ale ścieżka audio nie jest widoczna w oknie edycji audio i nie jest scalona z podkładem. Ponadto program wczytuje piosenki nagrane wcześniej z wykorzystaniem pakietu PRO ale traci przy tym ścieżki audio. W PRO i MEGA po zakończeniu nagrania są dostępne różne opcje. W PRO dostępna była tylko opcja Nałóż Audio Podstawowe, a w MEGA dostępna jest tylko opcja Zachowaj Audio poza poprzednim nagranym. Nie wiem czy to ma jakieś znaczenie. Wskazane problemy praktycznie uniemożliwiają pracę z programem. Od kilku dni bezskuteczne usiłuje skontaktować się i uzyskać pomoc od Technical support Band in a Box. Niestety zapewnienia o możliwości uzyskania technicznego wsparcia nie potwierdzają się, są praktycznie nieosiągalni. Dlatego pozwalam sobie zwrócić do Ciebie z pytaniem i prośbą o sugestie w jaki sposób mogę rozwiązać zaistniały problem.

Kupiłem właśnie BiaB Ultra PL 2021 ponieważ nie ma wersji 2022 PL
Mogę to zaktualizować do wersji 2022, ale polskiej wersji nie ma.
Orientujesz się może czy po upgrade zniknie polski interface?
