Hi everyone, I was lucky to have been able to record Peter Gannon on guitar with the David Keen Quartet. Fabulous. I love the mix too. It's really warm and vintage sounding. Wonderful guitar playing too. In fact all the musicians sound like amazing players. Edit: I've had it on replay nearly all afternoon!

Being a PG Music forum I thought everyone would know that Peter was our Peter Gannon... so was surprised that of the 40 people how read my post so few (5?...6?) actually listened to Peter's great guitar work. "vintage sound" yes, We were trying to get as close to Rudy Van Gelder's Blue note sound as possible...THANKS! I have been a PG Music fan since the the first BIAB could fit on a couple of floppy discs, So it was a delightful surprise to meet the man and find him so friendly, modest and so talented. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
