Love the minor key. Also that Villain style is one of my favorites. Nice work. Keep 'em coming, Bob

I really liked this, Rob! I love that raw outlaw country vibe Not to mention that guitar groove is simply infectious! I loved when those strings came in around the 1:20 mark too, I wasn't expecting that. Thanks for sharing! You should be proud of this
Cheers, Deryk

Rob,
I enjoyed hint of menace in the feel of this - such a great dramatic style for the song. I was surprised when the strings came in, but liked the cinematic vibe they bring. Really good resonant vocals.

Sounds great Rob! This tune has a very inviting feel with a terrific melody! The resonator is the perfect touch for this one! Take care, Torrey

Really interesting song!! It has a bluesy feel with a country and a 60's influence. Love the resonator but I would put some verb on it. Excellent listen!! Take care. Greg

Hello Rob,
Love this! It's mournful but not a pitty-party. Strong in every respect. Maybe a little verb on the resonator? Cool song in a great genre. Lots to like here!

Rob, we always look forward to your posts. We are fans of "genre jumping" and your posts are like the proverbial box of chocolates -- you never know what your gonna get. For this song you set up a great "band" to support both the write and your vocal...and speaking of the vocal that is a fine performance. And the "you connect some of the dots" lyric is very cool. Well done! J&B

Robert Hi Rob. With the strings I felt there was something lacking and they seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your comments. Rob
