Here's a mixing sample in Reaper with HD Video Clips as it is Free to try n try n try..:

Download Multicam Videos here to practice with https://vimeo.com/110045836

Each track is a video dragged into Reaper from the Cam, the bottom track is your Biab audio track, music+vocals.
Watch https://www.dropbox.com/s/wlxoqp2zg48b8ot/Reaper-Multicam-Mix.mp4?dl=0
Download https://www.dropbox.com/s/wlxoqp2zg48b8ot/Reaper-Multicam-Mix.mp4?dl=1
Click No Thanks Continue at the bottom to skip login

All you need is a few HD cameras placed at different angles.
If you only have one HD Cam just record it from a different angel each take or outside and inside.
You can use a phone with good quality video, but need to have it on a tripod, east west to fit a TV screen not north south like the narrow phone captures videos you see on the TV and they have to blend the sides of the video to fill in the blank sections each side of the video picture.

You just have your Biab song, with your vocals, playing on a cd or mp3 player (loud enough so the cameras pick up the audio for syncing later) that you sing along with in-sync while you are videoing the performance.

When done the tracks are lined up by syncing the audio on each video track with the finished Biab song audio track.
Now you can split, open up the tracks and add fades to allow the video underneath to play without moving the clips out of sync. Transparency is adjusted by dragging down the top of the clip to allow the clip below to blend in.
You then turn the volume right down on the audio in the video tracks so the audio is only from the Biab song track, then render to your finished video.

Sparkplug Johnny (AKA Charlie McG) has a bunch of excellent videos that can be found in this play list:

https://www.youtube.com/user/sparkplugsonny/videos

and ROG! So glad you added your classic "PLAY GUITAR... GET RICH" to the video list! As soon as I saw this thread, I hoped you would.

We need a link to R&AM's video directory too! And now that lots of people are making videos, I hope every one of them will post a link here

Creating a Music Video will give your music mass exposure more so than the User Showcase or SoundCloud.
There's some links below you can check out for submitting your music videos to TV/Cable channels.
Before submitting, get your song/s up on iTunes and other Digital Music stores first.
You can use sites like www.tunecore.com to distribute them them.

Here's a few ways to get your Music Videos out there:

I only just remembered this as I haven't been here for years, I was trying to encourage users to create a video for their songs.
Maybe PG could just have a pinned page PG Video is here! where users can post their youtube videos as the have PG Radio is here!....

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
