Agree with the other posts on some of the bands this reminded me of.
I even got a "Hot Blooded - Foreigner" vibe on the verses a little bit.
I liked this a lot. Great work! Steve, Thanks for giving it a spin. Tom Tom, you have ended 2017 with some smokin' hot stuff! Guitars sound very, very good on this! Just a great production all the way around! Good to hear a rocker from you 'cause you can get the job done! Thanks, Torrey Torrey, Thank you for the kind words. Glad you liked it. Tom

The solo reminds me of Skinny Leonard. The chords in the verses reminded me a lot of Boston.
Really liked the riff based chorus.
Probably the best hard rock use of BB I recall hearing.
Nice work.

Rockin' man!!!
Happy New Year!
David, thanks and I can’t wait to hear what you come up with in the new year. Tom YEAH!!!! Great hearing you rock out!
Guitars are perfect, as is the vocal. And the mix! Totally pro as usual.
Great song, better than most of the music I hear on my local rock radio station these days. Dave, glad you liked it, Tom

Great driving rock beat. Plenty to like about this song.

Oh yeah!! We are down with the hint of early Skynrd - the good original band. This sounds like it would fit perfectly on any radio classic rock show. It’s that good.
As you responded to floyd...rock to blues to country. And you retain the goodness of them all.
Great write, vocal and signature TA production to top it all off.
J&B J&B, thanks for the nice review. Tom Great rocker Tom. Love the lyrics and the title and "save what's left of us". Cheers. Richard, glad you mentioned the lyrics. It got a little out there but I went with it. Thanks, Tom Eddie, this was one of those that takes on a little something extra when it’s cranked. Thanks, Tom

Hi Tom,
Nearly missed this one!
It's great to see more people rocking on the forum these days and rock doesn't come much better than this.
Fabulous guitars, especially the solo.
Your vocals just get better and better - you've really got a great voice for this type of track.
Classic Rock through and through.

Hello, Tom
Great Rock tune! Big fun! I entirely agree with Greg. This sounds like a 70's classic. Great groove. Love the power chords and great solo. And also your vocals. Splendid!
All the best for 2018!

Tom,
What an outstanding track. When it comes to rock it's one of the genres that you really excel at.
I apologise for missing this the first time through. It zipped past me and I wasn't even aware that it'd had been on the forum.
This song is such a fine tribute to your production chops, your singing chops, your arranging chops, and instrumental chops.
Excellent.
Regards, Noel

"tommyad"... (From the latest headlines, hot off our presses:) "Extra, extra, read all about it! Armada of killer guitars from outer space land on Earth, bringing message of "louder is better", and proceed to blow out our eardrums! See fleeing crowds popped upside the head by perilously potent power chords! Watch rockers being run down by hair-raisingly righteous riffs! President declares state-of-emergency in his pajamas while playing air guitar and lip-syncing in the Oval Office! Could this be "the end", friends ??? Really dug your lyric imagery: "I always look to the sky like a sailor to the sea", and "...like rain moving across the bay", and "boundaries blurred by the path of light". Like, far-freakin'-out, dude !!! If this is rock, it's certainly "hard" as one, baby! Off the hook, "tommyad"! LOREN (a.k.a. "bluage")

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.
Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!
Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
