The forum "surfer man" aka Dani returns!
That's very cool Dani. Make me want to go bleach my hair and wax up the board!
We been missing this and glad to have you return to this genre.
Not many folks could pull this off in such a convincing manner.
Enjoyed it!!

This is great! I’m picking up a strong Brian Wilson influence in this one. The harmonies are well executed, and you make it sound so easy. The arrangement, groove, and vocal performance on this are all strong. Awesome job - thanks so much for sharing
Cheers, Deryk

Hi Dani,
We don't often get to hear a good surfing song on these boards. This is real treat for those of who like this genre. Your falsetto with all the great harmonies sounds terrific. great song and great performance!

Thank you both for your most kind words making me blush sitting here alone in the winter darkness !:))

Dani, this is far more than excellent. This is quite sensational.
What a great production, what a great arrangement, what a great vocal delivery.
The lyrics, the dynamics, the vibrancy. This song has absolutely everything.
Marvelous. Start to finish.

Dani,
I always enjoy your layered falsetto vocals and they are so full of energy here. Nice changes between the verses and chorus with the drums bringing up the excitement. You captured the surf sound again!

You're still hanging ten my friend!
Great surf music. All that is missing is that great guitar of yours!
This is excellent from start to finish, or should I say from wave to shore?
This is a keeper.
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
