Embrace the Rain Piano Loop from Logic Pro and Trumpet from Biab. I let BIAB chose the cords, and clicked play.

That is a pretty piece. I close my eyes and see a smoke filled bar with a little jazz ensemble performing this. On a rainy day. Well done!

Hauntingly beautiful. I love the way the trumpet sat in the mix. Really put me in the room.
Nicely done. Rob

Thanks Rob! I think the whole trumpet track was delayed 40 milliseconds on one side of a stereo track. It really made the track come alive.

Wow...I never considered slowing down some of the BIAB RT's, like you did with the trumpet! Very cool approach, and it opened up for me a dimension that I should explore..the mix with the effect is also very nice..kind of like that place between awake and sleep--dreamy. Thanks for posting.

Wow - I thoroughly enjoyed this smile It sounds so "smoky" and mysterious. This is the kind of music that goes beautifully with a rainy overcast day. It sounds somber, yet hopeful at the same time. I think it was a very wise choice not to over-complicate this by adding anything else. The minimalist aspect really allows the beauty in it's simplicity to shine through.

Very well done - thanks so much for sharing smile

Cheers,
Deryk

So in the room, just right, I can see feel the piano keys under my fingers.

This reminds me of those jazz clubs you see on movies and tv shows. I've never been to one personally, but this is the kind of sound that I would expect from a place like that. It's very moody, and I dig it.

Thanks for sharing. This was really great.

Cheers,
Ember
