It sounds super professional, so much so that I'd even go so far as to say this is better than some professional recordings I've heard. It is so lush and bright. I wouldn't bat an eyelash if I heard this on the radio.

Very well done - thanks so much for sharing!

Thanks Deryck

Leon`s vocal conveys the mood with warmth so the feeling is sad without being morbid.
The guitar break is sublime!
Very good work.

I was going to write the same thing about those lyrics but I see Robert beat me to the punch.

I really loved that lead guitar phrasing and tone!

Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up.

I can't add to the other comments, but enjoyed this very much. The interludes were quite nice.

Nice lyrics. And oh. I've been there. The tone and fx on the lead vocal, along with the lead guitar really set the mood very well.

If it were me would consider pulling the instrumentation down a bit ( and/or panning the instruments more) so your vocal rides more above it -- everything you chose is perfect, though. Very nice.

Every time Janices hears this I notice a tear on her face. That says it all really.

It’s melancoly, emotive, well performed and produced.

Your and Leon’s years together really shine on this with the wonderful vocal and guitar interplay.

Outstanding guys!!

Another great song by you.

This is a song we could listen to several times in a row.
In fact while I'm writing it's finished and now I listen to it again. smirk

Great work as usual.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
