Hi,
New install, upgrading after a break of many years and looking forward to getting BIAB up and running.
I'm getting "There are no demos available for this style, on disk or on internet" in a green alert box when I try to select a style or double click on one. This while following the "Making a Song in BIB 2018" video.
Have installed the build603 update. Did not help with this, but did fix a couple of other issues.
I found a post from 2016 discussing the same message, but does not look relevant to the current issue.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

FWIW, been getting a lot of these too. While I've only been a member of the BiaB community since 2016, I can say with a fair amount of confidence this is exactly one of those issues that PG Music is already aware of, and will have fixed well before New Year's. :-)

Jocoda, welcome to the forum. Good advice from DeaconBlues09. These things happen in new releases and get solved pretty well as we go.
You could help by citing a couple of specific styles that are a problem. Or are you saying you don’t hear any? If that’s the case, I wonder about your installation and I recommend you give PG Music Support a call.

Hi Matt, Deacon, Thanks for the advice to wait. Actually not too surprised to be having teething troubles. Always a risk with a new release. 1. Have this issue with all styles that I've tried. 2. Did try calling tech support - a couple of times. Guess what I got? A canned message saying every one is busy, you should try looking for help online... go figure

That’s too bad about support being busy. It’s the first business day of a new release and I’m sure they are slammed. Technically they aren’t even open yet in west coast Canada.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
