A big thank you to Dave Bell (of BlueAttitude)
a true professional and all around good guy

Muchas Cervezas Heladas
© 2019 Kenny Leverett

I remember rolling cross the state lines
Tumbling like a pair of dice
Always had a good time
Living on the red beans and rice
Sometimes just a little gumbo
Sure would make it awful nice

Louisiana hay ridin’
Rock n rolling all night long
Chicken pickin’ line dancin’
Covering all the favorite songs
Muchas cervezas heladas
Till the break of dawn

And the people down there
Sure do treat you fine
Working hard all week long
Looking to unwind

Biloxi Mississippi
Back to Baton Rouge and gone
A night in Texarkana
Maybe south to San Antone
Muchas cervezas heladas
Till the break of dawn

Muchas cervezas heladas
Till the break of dawn

Drums Americana Roots 16ths
Bass 2260 Funky Groove 60s
Piano 2157 Electric Vintage (my fav)
Guitar 2634 Country Blues Rock

Dave second verse fills and 1st solo
Me intro, 2nd solo, outro

Kenny & Dave...

Killer. (to be expected). A terrific pairing of two of my favorites!

A good, fun lyric and a driving rocking tracks. Cool guitar work throughout.

What a vocal! (made MY throat hurt). Good mix.

It's all there. Well done!!

Woohoo!!! Rock on you guys - lawdy, that puppy is LOUD! Got the monitors dancing on the shelf smile

What a cool lyric...man, that imagery screams VIDEO!

Everything is just hittin' the note for a classic rocker. The guitar performances are terrific as is that killer vocal -- how long did it take before you could talk again smile

Take all the above and wrap it up with an excellent mix and you have an instant classic...seriously

A great addition to our playlist!!

J&B

PS It sounds great on the monitors and we look forward to listening on the big system this evening!

I always like tumbling in paradise. I mean, tumbling like a pair of dice. Kick butt guitar work. I really you lyrics in this one---they're right to the point, no B.S.

Kenny & Dave,
Cool and raw R&Roll collaboration. Great vocal delivery and awesome guitar lines!
Almost like live concert mix. Strange to think you guys are hundreds of miles apart.

Kenny and Dave, that guitar and vocal contrasted with each other create such a GREAT sound!! Kenny you can offer up such a gritty nasty (in a good way) vocal when you get into it, and it's perfect for this one! What can you say Dave's guitar playing except that for my money his tone and playing is some of the best I've heard! Great work guys! Thanks, Torrey

Kenny / Dave,

Blown away! Some outstanding rock music here.... It sounds like early 70s AM radio.

Awesome vocal, guitar, and mix. Would love to hear you guys do more of this.

What a tune! A really solid rock song you got here. Reminds me of the 70's, which is most definitely a good thing. It has some serious attitude behind it. Not a thing I'd change - the vocals, guitar, and groove all work perfectly.

You nailed this one - thanks for sharing smile
