Scott, What a beautiful piece... Love the atmosphere that this creates. Excellent arrangement and mix. Very cool guitar! Bob Thanks Bob Glad you like the song. Glad you liked the mix too. I had about 5 guitar tracks on this and the mixing took quite a bit of time and experimentation..

Well the struggle certainly yielded an outstanding moody piece.
The 12 string is very cool.
We love the cinematic relaxing feel of this and, of course, the excellent playing and mix.
Nice!!!!
J&B Thanks Janice and Bud So glad you liked the song. Scott,
If you struggled to get here, it does not show. You made it seem effortless. Smooth.
The guitars have a nice tone. Well played. The backing BAND is nicely mixed.
A really nice piece. Enjoyable listen. Cool looking guitar!!
fj Thanks Floyd for checking out the song. Glad you liked it. I couldn't tell you struggled with this song at all. This song was very lovely and had a nice, soft, gentle, sound to it but was still impactful.
Thanks for sharing! Thanks Ember. Glad you liked the song. It was definitely a labor of love.

fj Exactly what I thought: What struggle? I love the way the melody echoes!! One of my faves of yours. I hate to wish for you to struggle, but if this is the result, your struggles are worth it!! Take care. Greg

Scott, Resurrections around this time of year are generally considered a good thing! This one is no exception . . it sounds really slick to me . . . I don’t generally gravitate to instrumental songs, but this one kept my interest—crisp and engaging. Smooth and skillful production. Cool tune! All the best, Deej

It may have been a struggle, but it sure is easy listening.
I did find the drums a bit distant, but I really like your use of space between those tasty guitar runs.
Congrats on that double-neck.

A beautiful composition... So smooth... So relaxing... Cinematic & mysterious with guitars seemingly talking to each other... Calling & answering... Very nicely done... I always look forward to hearing each one of your new songs... Thanks! Thanks Jim for the kind words. So glad you liked the song. Thanks Ed Scott, Struggle never ends Sometimes it's the only way! I believe it was worth it. Nice tune and beautiful guitar playing! It is begging for lyrics! P.S. Is the double neck guitar pictured on soundcloud is the one you mentioned in your post? Thank you for sharing! Misha. Thanks Misha Glad you liked the song. That's interesting you mentioned could be a fit for lyrics. My buddy Robert is on hiatus right now so maybe his will checking and have an idea for the song. He is so good a coming lyrics for about any vibe. Yes this is the guitar in the picture I was describing in the initial notes. When I saw the peace sign on it, it took me back to my younger days in the late 60's. I always wanted a guitar with a peace sign on it since I saw Alvin Lee's 335 in the Woodstock movie. I just couldn't bring my self to put a sticker on one of my guitars

Nice work on this! I wouldn't have known the struggle behind this if you hadn't said so, to be honest. Some really lovely progressions here, and nice and easy on the ears. Easy top bob your head to and relax while listening. Thanks for sharing Thanks so much Derek I appreciate your comments. Glad you liked the song. Hi Scott,
I don't think you have to struggle so much. Hearing your song it didn't sound like a struggle to me. As I replied on your Soundcloudsite I wish I could play that leadguitar like you. Seemingly without any effort whatsoever. And the sound is great. Would you like to make a Metal-song with me ;-)
Thanks Scott Hans Thanks Hans for checking out the song and the kind words. No much a metal player. I like the genre but never really got the chops for the fast shredding songs. Thanks Noel for checking out the song. Your comments are appreciated and I am glad you liked the song..

Hi Scott,
Like those above me, I really enjoyed the relaxed and calm musical journey that you composed. I loved how you used delay on the lead to enhance the moodiness of the music. It was very effective.
It's two thumbs up from me!
All the best, Noel Thanks allot Noel for checking out the song. Glad you liked it. Hey Scott, what a marvelous song I might say! I found this very easy to listen and I dig the overall timbres. Scott, Very cinematic - I like the way Janne put it; the "conversation of the guitars" makes this work very well. I`m ever willing to come out of my cave to see if I hear words to go with your guitar lines;these dreamy sounds seem just fine as is though.
Robert

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
