Hello to everyone! I just purchased Band in a Box 2019 yesterday, and am slowly going through the user manual trying to figure out the features.
I figure that I will have lots of questions about the software in the future, so I would stop by the forums and say hello.
I don't have any specific concerns or issues right now, with the exception that a 64bit VST plugin (Tube Delay) causes the program to crash every time I attempt to use it. Not a huge deal, just an annoyance.
Anyway, hello again to everybody.
Band In A Box Pro 2019 64 bit (628) Windows 10 64 bit i5 Desktop, 12Gb RAM, 1Tb HDD Ableton 10 Live, Audacity, CyberLink Wave Editor FocusRite Solo 2nd Generation Audio Interface MXL V67g Condenser Mic, Ibanez SR1200e Bass
BIAB comes with two versions, a 32-bit one and a 64-bit one. Do you know which you are running? If you need help knowing which is which, let us know. It sounds like you might be running the 32-bit BIAB and using a 64-bit-only plugin?
BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 6.5 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6; Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus Studio 192, Presonus Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors
Welcome to Band-in-a-Box and to the forum. I hope you are enjoying the program and the forum.
When you do ask a question it helps us to know some basic information about your computer system like the operating system, cpu, ram and storage space. It also helps to know which Band-in-a-Box package you purchased.
May I suggest you navigate to My Stuff > Edit Profile; then scroll down the webpage until you reach the Signature Text Box. You can enter any text you desire and change the text as often as you like.
Placing the computer specs and Band-in-a-Box (BiaB) package information in your signature saves us from asking for the information and you from having to provide the information multiple times.
I am not married to that Tube Delay, I don't even remember where I picked it up. It either came free with my FocusRite Audio interface, or was free from Plugin Boutique.

Video: Enhanced Melodists in Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows®!
We've enhanced the Melodists feature included in Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows!
Access the Melodist feature by pressing F7 in the program to open the new MultiPicker Library and locate the [Melodist] tab.
You can now generate a melody on any track in the program - very handy! Plus, you select how much of the melody you want generated - specify a range, or apply it to the whole track.
This new panel offers built-in specific support for the Reaper® DAW API allowing direct transfer of Band-in-a-Box® files to/from Reaper® tracks!
When you run the Plugin from Reaper®, there is a panel to set the following options:
-BB Track(s) to send: This allows you to select the Plugin tracks that will be sent Reaper.

-At Bar: You can select a bar in Reaper where the Plugin tracks should be placed.
-Start Below Selected Track: This allows you to place the Plugin tracks below the destination Reaper track.
-Overwrite Reaper Track: You can overwrite previous content on the destination Reaper track.
