A reset can be done by renaming RB.CONFIG and Realband.INI.
On launch RB will rebuild them.
Looking at my files, seems the last time I had to do that (or did during beta testing) was in 2013, but I'm pretty sure that is one trick.
You can rename them back if needed and be back where you started in worse case scenario.

However, I don't think this is the cause.
I think yu're on the right track and it's either an ASIO conflict with another app, or an issue with the combination of selected options between RB and Windows.

FWIW, for day to day use I use the 1010 MME drivers, changing to ASIO when I need to.
I'll post my everyday RB/1010 driver settings in a minute.
I send RB out 3/4 of the Delta and have that wired to my distribution/headphone amp and monitors.

I don't use the multichannel out for RB .. not sure why, just something I must have learned in the past and never changed it.
Your error report, as you explain it, says; undefined external error code 1
In my experience, if the error comes from inside RB it would give more data and clues (in an obvious popup).
This sounds to me like RB was relying on something (driver?) that, when RB tried to use them, they returned an error message that RB can't interpret beyond 'a basic error code happened'.
As for not hearing anything using MME, that's likely a combination of RB settings and Windows settings.

/I've emailed support before too and had it take a while. Sometimes I've had surprisingly much better luck with Chat.

If you don't need 4 inputs, select only what you need.
That shouldn't be your focus here; it adds load to RB.

If you use just 1/2 inputs for recording, select those (only) for inputs.
Or 3/4 .. whatever; don't select extra inputs based on my above image.
I often record 8 tracks at a time, you may not or (probably don't) need to.
It was more of a reference to my RB/Windows settings.

chat/support will be much more likely to solve this weird error message than I, just trying to help

Yea I've never seen this either. Must be a combo of computer config, delta
Just one comment. A number of years ago a friend had a delta 1010 on an XP machine. He then had a new high end machine built for music with win 7. It just never worked right. Dropped drivers, noise etc.
Can't remember all.
He gave the delta to me as a spare.
So...

Have you looked at your RBERROR.LOG file (caps intentional as that's how it shows up)?
Normally found in C:\Realband (if you run RB on the C: drive like the default install).
This will list errors that RB has logged and (often) the associated config for the system, which may give clues as to what was actually running.
/If you want to try tracking it down

Assessing errors in your RBError log; it looks like the last hard crash you had was on 7/17. And 7/9 before that.
You originally posted on 7/23, so I assume what's in this log is not helping track it down if the error was happening around the 23rd and after.

Did the issue start when you removed Voicemeeter?
Did you remove it from the PGMusic PGPlugins list (in the FX window under Options there is a way to exclude it if it exists in the list).

I suppose you could still have it in your PGMusic plugin list, and maybe even have RB trying to use it in a song .. and if it doesn't exist, I would expect weird errors if that is the case.
Just a wild shot in the dark as more clues are supplied.

I would just like to post how I was able to successfully get my Delta1010lt to run under windows 10.
I almost gave up after relentlessly searching the internet and pulling my hair out.

I attempted to normally install card after a PC and OS upgrade. I bought my MoBo with a PCI slot specifically for this card. No luck, all I was getting is the blank mixer panel and no device in manager. I was about to put it up for auction and get a USB interface. I gave it one more shot but paid attention to the flow of actions.

-Fresh Win10 install.
-Installed all MoBo and OS drivers and essentials.
-Restarted one final time after all installs.
-Once logged in, shut down.
-Installed Delta101lt card in PC and connected break outs.
-Started PC and Downloaded the cards install from M-Audio and unzipped to my desktop.
-Right clicked on the install once downloaded and set compatibility settings to:
Run for Win7 with Run this as Admin
-Apply
-Ok
-Double clicked installer, finished install.
-Restarted
-Opened the Delta101lt mixer and WoooHooo!!

I have been up and running for 3 days now.

Hope this helps someone in need!

Good eye John.
That error was from the beginning of July, wonder if it changed since then.. or maybe he is still W8, have to wait to see.
Possible the message was wrong also .. or affected by other windows settings (compatibility mode, etc)
Dunno, but nice catch

Whoa! That's way different from the information in his signature:

I agree with rharv, great catch but which is right the log or the signature? Perhaps he upgraded from Win 8 to Win 10 and there is a lot of Win 8 files still on the computer? Did anyone see Bob Norton's post about the Win 8 mouse driver messing with his upgraded Win 10 computer? Maybe something similar is going on here.
