Sorry to hog the forum, everybody. Just made a music video for my song, "Letter" - thought I'd post it here, too - in a separate post (since I couldn't edit my first, original post), so that it's visible. Hope this is ok and that I'm not trying your patience with this? Please tell me if this is not ok and I won't do it again, promise.
The details and lyrics of the song (should you need them) are below, once more - thanks again for your patience!

LYRICS:
Well, hello again; you look, to me, just the same; Hope you'll forgive me if I don't say your name. You look so beautiful; your locks glow like the sun; I hear you're happy; and in love with another man.
Me? I'm the same, I guess; I watch the world pass by, I loved but once; never again, until I die. Forever young, I will therefore be, While others fall in love and be happy.
[BRIDGE]
I wish you well; I hear you're with child; I hope that he grows up to be gentle and kind; And when he meets a girl, let his love joyful be, Let him not live through things like what you did to me.
[BRIDGE]
I must go now - for yonder dawn now breaks And ghosts of times gone past now leave must take; The candle's out, I'm sorry I cannot Remain in touch ... we are but best forgot.
James, You have interesting approach with spoken word. Almost avant garde style, music carries most of emotion and lyrics - naked message. Sounds unusual and experimental.
Thanks Misha and Will Josef. I have no idea about all these different styles - I really just sit down and take BIAB for a little spin around my soul and see what happens, haha ... but I'm so glad that you both liked it. Thanks!
I always enjoy your spoken words music. It's not very common ... but you do it very, very nicely. Your vocal intonation is always perfect and sings in its own way. That was a very pleasant listen and the video captured the lyric perfectly. Wishing you the very best ...
I enjoyed the audio-visual journey that you just took me on.
Your chord progression was excellent as was your choice of BIAB instruments. The backing came across as very professional sounding and was a perfect backdrop for your very engaging recitative approach.
Thank you Noel! What great praise - I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks for listening and taking the time to comment!
Ember: thank you. I guess the lyrics, especially the section you quoted, are somewhat typical of the feelings one gets when one breaks up with someone. Everything feels magnified ("I loved but once; never again, until I die") - but, of course, time passes and things change and feel better. But, at the time, it all feels immense, much greater - perhaps - than things really are, etc., I guess ... and that's what I tried to bring through the lyrics - hope I've succeeded at least in part :-) Thanks so much for listening and for such a kind comment.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
