Is there a way to enter more than 1 line of lyrics with note-based lyrics? I used note-based lyrics to enter harmonica tabs and would like actual lyrics displayed as well.

For sure.
You need to either expand the song to 1 big chorus, or build it in a linear fashion. Two lines of lyric will need two passes through the song, three will need three.
Once you have enough notes, go ahead and enter the second set of lyrics with the second set of notes

Build the song first, then use Repeats/First second ending to display in "Fake Sheet" mode. I have never tried more than one staff eg melody and bass or treble and bass clef but I am sure you can do it.
Build the linear form first (start to end - every single note) then use repeats to print it

After a bit of experimenting with Repeats and First/Second endings I was able to print with multi-line lyrics. Thanks for your help!

Excellent.
The print function generally works, although there are some "issues". The nice thing is that it is just a print function. The underlying song is not altered, so if the print isn't as planned you only have to fix the print.
One thing that is easily missed is the control of the number of bars per staff. This can make a huge difference to how the song looks. It is found on the fake Sheet options menu.

The print out looks ok except that the spacing between the staffs doesn't seem to adjust to accommodate the lyric lines. Probably just a setting someplace !
Also, there's a checkbox in the Lead Sheet Options to enable the multi-line lyrics.

There is a spot to change number of staff lines per page. It's adjustable but not dynamic, so if you fit 3 lyric lines, it will not re-adjust for for one. The box is on the print command

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
