Hi, there, 'cubanpete'... Ahhh, yes, channeling the musical spirit of Stepanie Grapelli on violin, perhaps???  'All the pots are on', cookin' up the joy of jazz. This track swings at a finger-poppin' pace, inviting listeners to step onto the dance floor and step lively to the beat, spirits high, feet kicking, bodies spinning and whirling, while the audience urges then on with in-time hand-claps. The piano solo 'minds me of Red Garland. Its brevity whets the appetite for more, more, more!!!  'cubanpete', you bring out the ab-so-lute best of Band-in-a-Box's jazz chops. Your periodical absence on the forum only serves to make each new composition of yours an anxiously awaited event. Go 'awn wit' cho' baaa-ddd self, jazzman!!! You are an inspiration, artistically and technically. I'm gonna listen to this 'til I go to bed... Lovin' it, - bluage -

Wow - what a tune! Love the groove, and the way everything weaves and flows throughout the tune is fantastic. Extremely lush, and very well composed. The kind of tune that gets you snapping your fingers from the get go. I'd imagine this sounding unreal live. Thanks for sharing

What a great song to return with!
Whatever the tracks (all RT's?) are or whomever played on them it sounds like a band that's been gigging together for a while. Very tight.
