All Windows plug-in released to date can not use shots, rests or holds. PG Music is aware of the issue and promised a fix will be included in a future release.
When I use a pre made song files to generate wave files for my DAW Hold, shot and rest" added via the barsetting menu does not appear.
First I admit I have no idea what currently works in the VST and what doesn't work cause I stopped using it. But... long ago it was painfully aware to me that what is done in BIAB and then played in the VST was not the same as what was done in the VST and played in the VST. The feature options were not fully compatible between the two. That may account for what is being reported by different folks. Just a guess.

Same here. I quickly concluded there was no benefit to using the VST instead of just exporting WAVs directly from BIAB and mixing them in my DAW. I thought I would use the multiriff feature but I have not yet found it to be that useful. I will try it again when (and if) they finish it.
I'm pretty sure this was meant to be posted in the Mac forum.
There was an issue with holds not being recognized (Mac version), and it is fixed although the new build is still in pre-release testing. It should be released very soon.
