Hi all,its soon to be that time of year when the next BB comes out.Last year I got in a real tizz over trying to get the Download Manger to install 2019Ultra into my system.Mostly it said it did but really it hadnt.I ended up downloading and installing hem all independantly.Is there a technique to it or a tute that shows how to please.

Hi Rob,doesnt 'everyone' call them tutes? Oh,only me!?  Hi Noel,thank you.There is a tute sorry Rob that covers it and I think what i didnt do last time was ticknthe auto install box.I'll see what happens in December.

the download manager worked fine for me. you get several files that have to be downloaded manually but its clearly marked which the manager can handle. one issue is that the download manager works off the registration/activation number so if you are reinstalling it won't find previous files from last year's installation. all it will do is download the new files you bought with the latest updated version the program.
only a pain if you have a clean reinstall and several previous upgrades.

Hi Rob,doesnt 'everyone' call them tutes? Oh,only me!? Wendy, I always call tutorials 'tutes' as well. To me, writing it is problematic if it's tuts or tut's. That last option is grammatically the most correct because the apostrophe is used in English to say 'there are letters missing in this word'. But the apostrophe is also used in English as the possessive and this creates a problem because most people would probably read tut's as a possessive noun and not an abbreviated noun. Just my take on the whole thing. Regards, Noel

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
