I'm brand new here. Hi Everyone.
I bought BiB 2019 ultra pack. I started downloading all the real tracks using the downloadmanager. The last three packs 072- 074. 075-077 and 078-082 are not fully downloaded. they are stuck at 99 % and I dont know how to change that. Downloading again does not work.
One pack 030-032 is downloaded but refuses to be installed.
Who can help me please?

Your English is very clear.
What you are experiencing is not unusual. There is a very large amount of content and it can take time and patience. Here are a couple of thoughts.
1) The download manager has been problematic in the past, try just downloading individually when needed.
2) Download less at any one time.
3) If, as you say, you just purchased 2019, then you will likely be getting access to the 2020 upgrade which comes out in a week or two. So you will be doing all this downloading again!
4) Keep in mind all you need is the program download to get going. All that other content will remain available for you for ever in your account. So enjoy what you have for now. And try again on other days to get all the content.

Yes, you write very clearly.
I assume you are talking about managing the downloads within BIAB. There are other download managers you could try that are not connected to the program. For those who do not have super fast Internet, it’s a good idea because some of the files are enormous.
Tip: if you purchased BIAB 2019 within 30 days of the release date of the expected 2020 version, contact PG Music sales.

Welcome also. You could try using a third party download such as DownThemAll It works in the background and will queue, pause and resume downloads as required, and handles retries etc automatically.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
