Uncovered a problem after installing 2020 & the latest patch (307), which has nothing to do with 2020 but is with version 2019. It took this long to uncover it. I did a full style list rebuild and checked the N/A area and found only 1 style missing on my computer. That style is _offbeat.sty and is supposed to be included in RT package 301 according to the Style Listing. Name Long Name Set# _OFFBEAT [N/A] Off-beat Modern Funk RT 301 I re-downloaded style package set RealTracks Sets 301-309 (Windows) from my products page, did a re-install and ran the Style List Rebuild (Full) and that particular style is still listed as N/A. Also, I played the video from the realtrack area on the PG Music website where they play each style from that RT set and that particular style, _offbeat.sty, was not shown on that video. The video only shows 7 styles in that package, none of which are _offbeat.sty In addition, _offbeat.sty and it's accompanying _offbeat.wma sample file, are not on my computer BUT when I sample the audio from the style listing page, it plays the sample from PG Music, but only from the online sample, since it is not on my computer. "Auditioning style: http://demos.pgmusic.com/audio/allstyledemos2/_OFFBEAT.wma [2020.703.0, 12/6/2019 10:41:49 AM]" So, it appears to me that that particular style has not been included in RT Set #301 or it is incorrectly listed in the wrong style set. I have the complete BIAB package up to and including the latest patch (703) Is anyone else seeing what I am seeing?

There have been a few small miscellaneous issues with files in 2020 and Andrew usually replies when someone finds one. Hopefully this is one of those cases and will be grabbed for the next patch.

_offbeat is part of RealTracks Set 301 - did you rebuild after running that install - it should be there. It is a newer style that was made a few months ago and was added to the BB2019 patch. We'll add to the next 2020 patch as well.

Thanks for the reply.
1. I do all the patches as soon as they come in and everything is always kept up to date. 2020 is up to #704.
2. As I stated in my original email, I downloaded a fresh copy of RealTracks Set 301 and re-installed it. I then ran the full style rebuild routine and re-checked. It was not there and still shows up as missing.
3. As a side note, before I upgraded to 2020, I copied the entire 2019 BB directory to my 6TB hard drive as a backup. I just checked that copy and _offbeat.sty was not found there either.
4. I went even further and just ran the latest 2019 patch (Band-in-a-Box® Version 2019 Build 634 Update (200 MB)again and directed it to install in my 2019 backup directory on my 6TB hard drive from #3 above. After the patch, I checked it again and it was not there.
I have _offcuf.sty, _ofhand.sty, offhip.sty, officer,sty, offroad.sty and offtrak.sty but no _offbeat.sty
That is about all I can think of doing at my end.
I does not appear to be in my copy of RealTracks Sets 301-309 nor does it appear to be in 2019 upgrade patch 634.

Strange, I tested that same file and I can see that _OFFBEAT is included.
I've seen this style come up before, and I'm not sure what is unique about it. In any case, we'll make sure it gets added to the patch.

Here is another question. Is the file, RealTracks Sets 301-309 (Windows), that I download from my Account webpage the same file that is available to everyone or is it unique to me by nature of the link address contained in the download button.
And of course that brings up another unanswered question. How come the style, _offbeat.sty, is not contained in the video preview of the 301 style set, not that it is gong to have anything to do with alleviating my problem. Just wondering.

Hi - Right, the offbeat style was added after the video was done... I'm not exactly sure why - it's possible we found a RealTracks instrument that wasn't represented in other RealStyles. It's just a new style that we added that should be available to everyone who already has RealTracks 301. Your account should reference the updated file and I've tested it and I don't know why you don't have it. Anyhow as I said we'll make sure to add this style into the next patch

You must have put up a newer version of RealTracks Sets 301-309 in my account since my last post. I downloaded it yet again this morning, installed it and the 2 files that I am missing, _offbeat.sty and _offbeat.stx, are now in the styles directory.
I looked my previous download for that RealTracks Sets 301-309 and it has a digital date of December 1,2018 with a size of 1,379,532kb and the latest one I download just this morning has a digital signature date of November 29, 2019 and a size of 1,387,427.
It is fixed now.
