A voice like no other.
You should watch this documentary.
GREAT music throughout (needless to say). A soundtrack to our lives (most of us, anyway).
It ran on CNN on Jan 1, so I would assume you can get it on demand (if you have that sort of thing).

Love Linda Ronstadt's voice. I still have a stack of her albums on vinyl and often enjoy listening to them.

Certainly one of the best voices in music. Her work with "Trio" was amazing.

We watched her being honored at the Kennedy Center. It was bittersweet watching her watching others sing her hits with those tears in her eyes. Thanks for the heads up FJ! I'll catch the documentary for sure and gonna read her book. I remember falling in love with her voice the first time I heard "Different Drum" on the am radio. She's one of the soundtracks of our lives. And it's amazing so many of her hits were covers. I gotta say that on the Kennedy Center show Carrie Underwood did a fantastic job.

Dang! Missed it. Hopefully will become available soon. There is such a feel to that era for me. I miss it. Watching documentaries like this brings back the feelings of that time. Can't wait to see it. Thanks for the heads up!
