Hi Peter ...
Nice! I've always been a big-time traveler ...my favorite place is what's around the next bend I've never before traveled.
Good lyric, mix, and arrangement. Leon always comes through for you! That tempo change at 2:20 was a real surprise ... but it works! The guitar work is splendid. I like this a lot! Wishing the best ... and be safe.

Wow. That's what I call a professionally done track. Loved the tempo change and the final, fast section as much as the rest of it. Nothing more to say except - well done!

Love this!
Man, I was enjoying the lyrics/vocal from Leon and your slide playing and then that change up happened at 2:18 and the guitars after that ....
Very, very cool. Sort of like the end of Free Bird with the dual lead guitars. Really good guys, very much enjoyed.

The music is really cool - a good shuffling traveller song. The added guitar parts are fabulous. There're a few spots where the vocal jumps out and could use automation or a higher compression ration but it's a cool ting ad the dual lead in the double time are worth the price of admission alone.

Well done! I really like the rhyme travel light/suburbanite. I saw the length of the song, and wondered where it was going to go at the halfway mark. Hahahahahaha! Love the gratuitous guitar solo.

Wow - very, very well executed. Shows a strong understanding of both songwriting and mixing. It flows effortlessly, and is decent catching without being overbearing. The mix is 10/10 for me personally - would not bat an eyelash if I heard this on the radio. Thanks for sharing
Cheers, Deryk

Hello Leon and Peter,
That is a cool song you made! That very nice guitarsolo gave it a lot of energy. You could go wild on that one! The only thing is it will be some challenge to travel that far nowadays! It's a silly joke, but you made it yourself I just saw after writing it ;-). To me everything sounded good, full of power and -again- Leon did a very good job on that sologuitar. Is it still working after your 'treatment'?

Wow. I love how the slide comes in with the harmony. Really good vocal and the words are perfect. Whoa an abrupt change in tempo, but, man, those guitars are outstanding together. Very very well done.

Great lyricism on this one!
It really reminds me of a book I'm reading: Last Night in Montreal by Emily St. John Mandel. A great novel about a restless soul and lots of travel. Definitely worth a read if you come across it.
Cheers

Another very cool tune Peter and Leon. Excellent lyric. Guitars were excellent. Loved the sound of the slide. Sounds so cool with the lyric. Tempo change was excellent. You certainly hit the sweet spot with the solos. Well done Peter.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
