Bonjour,
J'utilise Biab depuis au moins 10ans et j'en suis très satisfait.
J'ai acheté sur le site de pgmusic une nouvelle version complète car je l'utilise
sur 2 ordinateurs différents, 1 dans ma salle de cours à 5km de chez moi et
1 à mon domicile. J'ai installé la nouvelle version chez moi mais quand j'ouvre Biab
j'ai le message suivant : Unblock code already issued.
Le numéro de série qui apparait est l'ancien numéro et je voulais enregistrer le nouveau
numéro mais ça ne marche pas.
Merci d'avance de me dire comment je peux faire. Amicalement. Didier.

Une licence permet d'installer BIAB sur 3 machines.
C'est une nouvelle version ou un upgrade que tu as acheté ?
"Le numéro de série qui apparait est l'ancien numéro .....". Il apparait où ce numéro ?

Bonjour Daniel,
J'ai acheté une nouvelle version 2020 megapak à 249$ car j'avais
déjà une ancienne version installée sur mon ordi de ma salle de
musique où je donne des cours. Sur l'ordi de la maison, j'ai
désinstallé cette ancienne version mais apparemment le numéro de
série est resté enregistré et c'est le numéro de l'ancien qui
apparait quand j'ouvre Biab 2020 et je n'arrive pas à enregistrer
le nouveau numéro de série. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour que
ça marche. Merci d'avance. Amicalement.

Ce que je ne comprends pas ....
Si tu as désinstallé ton ancienne version (ce qu'il fallait faire), le SN (Serial Number) ne devrait plus apparaître ..
Je pense que tu as mal désinstallé ton ancienne version. As tu fait cette opération dans les règles de l'art ?

Bonjour Daniel,
J'ai de nouveau désinstallé puis réinstallé et voilà le message qui apparait sur Biab 64 bits
Exception EFCreateError in module bbw64.exe at 0000000000124391.
Cannot create file "C:\bb\Data\DrumVideosFound.txt". Accès refusé.
et sur Biab 32 bits
Exception EFCreateError in module bbw.exe at 000C3102. Cannot create
file "C:\bb\Data\DrumVideosFound.txt". Accès refusé.
Merci d'avance de ton éclairage sur ce point.

Je t'avais dans un post précédent demandé comment as tu désinstallé BIAB ....
Comme tu ne m'as pas répondu sur ce point, j'insiste.
Quelle procédure as tu utilisé pour désintaller BIAB ?

Merci de ta gentillesse. Oui j'ai désinstallé l'ancienne version que j'avais sur mon ordi à la maison en désactivant ma version sur le site de pgmusic puis je l'ai réinstallée sur mon pc de ma salle de musique à 5km d'ici et je l'ai réactivée. Sur mon pc de la maison après la désinstallation j'ai bien nettoyé l'ordi avec un logiciel Regcleaner pour enlevé toutes les clés de la base de registre. Puis j'ai réinstallé ma nouvelle version megapak à 249€ que j'ai acheté sur le site pgmusic et depuis ça ne fonctionne pas bien quand je démarre Biab j'ai les messages que je t'ai envoyés dans mon mail précédent. Je ne sais pas quoi faire maintenant. Merci de m'éclairer.
