Peter & Leon, I like the way you tear into this romp through Leon`s wryly funny take on that friendship: my favourite lines
I said I think you might be Somewhat deluded From this day forth old pal Our friendship is concluded
A great rollicking backtrack and Peter`s lead and support guitars makes it sound like a party to celebrate the end of this friend!

Peter & Leon, HA! A fun song. It has a Prine flavor to it (though John would have likely lost the girl). The BAND works well. Just what the song needed. A solid vocal (always). And Janice is always a good addition. Good guitar additions. And a good mix. Right between the ears... fj

Well, you guys sure hit the bullseye on this one. Great band, great voices, great guitar, and the lyrics tell a sad story with a happy ending.
She sent him packing She spurned him good I knew our love was strong I knew she would

It works! haha. Really enjoyed it, a stirring story about that rare thing, loyalty in love. Didn't expect the twist - i.e. that the singer would actually keep the girl - I was ready for a betrayal/sob story kinda thing. This twist really works and is refreshing. Good job from every angle.

Hello Peter, Leon and Janice,
This is a very funny story you sang about. It 'Hit me right between the eyes'! The way you sing this was easy to imagine, right in front of my eyes! Well done, the three of you,
Hans

Yea I hear a little John Prine also.
This song has everything, great vocal, harmony, chord progression, guitar leads and mix.
This is a winner.
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Hi Peter,
Well, that was lots of fun. Loved the way that backing track just kept romping on.
Great guitar work, excellent vocals again, with Janice always adding that extra sparkle to everything she sings on.
A great song with clever lyrics.
Enjoyed immensely.
ROG.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
