OP Adrian Jarratt Newbie A Joined: May 2020 Posts: 3	Hi I have MegaPAK Upgrade with RealBand 2020 and UltraPAK Upgrade 2020 installed on my PC. Everything works fine and I have 7,573 styles. Today I downloaded and installed all the above files from 'My Products' page on the PG Music website onto my laptop. On rebuilding the styles and doing the clean up routine I only have 5,686 styles on the laptop and have the following Error message below (apologies for the length of the message). OP Adrian Jarratt Newbie A Joined: May 2020 Posts: 3	I have just realised that I did not start the installation process with my original BIAB 2013 disc (my laptop doesn't have a disc drive). Perhaps the missing files/styles were on that original install?

Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 6,974 Victoria, BC	Hi Adrian, No you do not need to start with 2013. The messages in the cleanup log are not really problems, it is just saying that nothing needed to be done for those entries or they were not applicable. You should open the StylePicker on your laptop, and select the 'other' menu option to show only styles that are N/A (not available). Look at the "Set #" column and you should be able to see what you missed. You probably missed installing the Xtra styles and "Loops-with-style PAKs", as these aren't automatically installed. Install those files and then rebuild the StylePicker again. Andrew PG Music Inc.

Again, two PCs, again the notepad has a subset of the desktop's installs. I have a missing style "_JSIMPLE", that shows up as N/A and has a Set# as "Misc." Where would I find that, please? Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful. Kawai MP6, Korg M50, Ui24R, Saffire Pro 40. AVL:MXE Linux; Windows 11; Win8.1: Scarletts BIAB2022 UltraPAK, Reaper, a bunch of stuff.

I do have only about half of the RealTracks installed, though I'm not wholly clear about how RealTracks and Styles interrelate. but with a lot missing it seems quite likely that _JSIMPLE really is not installed. I'm missing ReakTracks because the disc isn't large enough on this machine to hold them all, so I installed mostly only the Jazz and Latin RealTracks. Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful. Kawai MP6, Korg M50, Ui24R, Saffire Pro 40. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
