Vældig mange af de stilarter der er med i de forskellig pakker, er ikke relevante for mig (jeg spiller jazz). Problemet er at der ofte er nogle enkelte stilarter i en pakke jeg kan bruge, mens der er en masse i samme pakke jeg aldrig kommer til at bruge.
Nu fylder stilarterne meget på min disk, og der er snart ikke mere plads. Der er altså en del pakker der fylder meget, men som jeg ikke kan lade være med at installere, fordi jeg har brug for nogle enkelte af stilarterne i hver pakke.
Jeg vil derfor spørge:
Er det muligt når man har installeret en pakke, f.eks. RealTracks Set 353-359 at gå ind i BB og afinstallere alle stilarterne undtagen nr 354 og 355, som jeg gerne vil beholde, OG dermed spare noget plads på disken?

Stilarterne fylder næsten ingen ting, da de er tekstbaserede. Det der fylder er RealTracks, - altså indspilningerne af de forskellige instrumenter. Det lyder som en opgave som let kan gå galt. Jeg fraråder det. Køb hellere en ekstra harddisk og opbevar RealTracks og RealDrums på en separat harddisk. Under indstillinger på henholdsvis RT og RD skal man henvise til dette drev (f.eks B).

OK Hvordan får jeg flyttet de RealTracks og RealDrums jeg allerede har installeret, over på en ekstern HD? Jeg kan se at sidste sæt RT fra Update 2021 kommer frem som en selvstændig fil der kan afinstalleres fra Windows, men de tidligere kan jeg ikke se, så hvordan afinstallerer jeg dem?

Men det var i øvrigt også det jeg mente fra starten, jeg brugte bare ordet stil i stedet for RT og RT. Så lad mig spørge igen: Er det muligt at installere/afinstallere individuelle RT og RD og kun beholde dem jeg faktisk vil bruge?
(Det er nemlig absolut lettere kun at skulle bære rundt på én PC når jeg skal spille ude, frem for også at medbringe en ekstern HD, samt også at skulle holde styr på henvisninger til det korrekte drev).

Problemet med at fjerne et RealTrack er, at det måske bliver anvendt i flere stilarter. Spørg hos PgMusic før du begynder at fjerne RT. Hvis du går i gang er det et ret stort arbejde. Alle Rt ligger i Mappen BB-RealTracks. Hvert RT består af en række lydfiler mm, som ligger i en mappe med RT navn. En sådan mappe fylder ca. 30-40mB, så det er et stort arbejde at få slettet det, man ikke har brug for. Det fremgår nogenlunde af RT navn i hvilken genre de hører hjemme. Du behøver ikke afinstallere blot slette.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
