Sizzling and edgy. Bravo!!! (and yes, shades of Santana here and there, but the sound is all you. Well done!)

Tom ...
You always post some of the best cuts on the forum.
Sounds like you and I knew the same woman some years ago! Think I might have dated her when I lived in San Antonio! I agree with the previous comments about the eagles and Santana. I get the feel of Glenn Fry sat in with Carlos Santana's band. I'd pay to see that concert! And I'd pay to hear you in concert, too!
This song is so cool but yet hot - at the same time. Love your Tele licks and the raw passion and power in your vocal. Yeah ... sweet!
Best to you. Take care ...
Alan Thank you Alan, your comments are always so thoughtful. I’ve been to Tx many times but never to San Antonio. I’m glad you liked it, Tom

Tom, Excellent combination of styles. Latin flavor took this to another level. Ace guitar playing, sharp vocals and cool lyrics. Perfect recipe. Enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing.

Hi Tom Another cracking good song. Great vocal and guitar. And a lyric that rings true. I think most of us would have experience a cold front at some point (and might even have delivered one). Regards, Leon

Tommy,
Your tunes are always so well put together . . . crisp, clean and engaging right from the first note. Love the lyrics and the hook kills (great alliteration in that penultimate line)! Solo slays. Very impressive outing.
My humble regards,
Deej

Perfect execution of the style, and a fine performance, too! Really liked the "grab a blanket" and "cold front" imagery! Great work! Thanks! I appreciate it, Tom

Hi tommyad,
The lead guitar is well done and the sound is excellent. The tone of the voice is excellent. I also appreciated the arrangement with the ozone products. I know less about waves products but which give very good results on your voice. Well done.
Kindly regards Take care of yourself

The Latin flavour works really well with that arrangement. It's a loud mix but that's fine - it suits it well. Terrific vocal and guitar performances. I did note, very early on, an ESS going a bit haywire but it didn't recur so I assume it was a oncer. Excellent.

Tom, I like the edge your lyrics, vocal and especially lead guitar gives to the latin beat. Very good!
Robert
Thanks Robert. I appreciate your comments,Tom Man this sounds good Tom! You always present some of the best stuff here! Love the venture into a little bit different genre for you! BTW that guitar is smokin! Is it the Tele? I just picked up one of the new ultra series this week...first one and looking forward to working with it! Take care, T Hey Torrey my Tele is a FSR Baja with custom shop pickups and the S-1 switching system. The 4 way switch gives a huge amount of tones. Also the Scuffham S-Gear amp sim is the best I’ve found. Thank you for your kind words and I will be looking forward to hearing it. I’ve been a Tele man since I was a teenager. Tom

Bob Seger meets Carlos Santana ... but ultimately all Tommyad!
Man, that Tele is SMOKING.
Great vocal and a killer lyric. You have a way of taking a common love lost theme and presenting it in a fresh way -- quite the gift we say.
And as always the mix is a clinic in how to make it all work, i.e., the soundstage is perfect.
Worthy of many listens!
J&B

Love seeing you hanging around more often these days Tommy!!! Love the vibe of this song.....dark and gritty!!! Awesome guitar work and great vocal (sounds like you used a bit of distortion or saturation?). Another great tune!!! Take care. Greg

So good, Tommy. Guitar and vocal sound professional. I am a little envious of you lead guitar players; I've never developed that ability.
Awesome sound all around.

Hi Tommy,
awesome song ! love the way you combine the influences of the big ones (Santama, Eagles) and come up with a very, very strong song. Great vocals, marvelous axe job.
A treat !
All the best,
Stefan Stefan, thanks for the very nice comments,Tom Hi, Tommy. Does is seem like your guitar plays itself when you wrap your fingers around its neck? You have trained it so well. Man, you have great tone and taste. The vocal is top-notch also. I like the sultry feel of this, and you present it so well. I have pages of titles of songs not yet written. Marty, thanks for giving a listen. I appreciate your observations,Tom

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
