Melodically, the verse instantly brings one into the song. Pair that with the opening lines "Streets are for walking not sleeping/for the grace of god this could be me" and you have captured the listener's ears. Good work.

Great job. I like the lyrics and the music fits like a glove.
Poignant topic as we are seeing an increase in the number of people who are living on the streets due to things beyond their control.
