Hi Steve,

I was so glad to see your name pop up here. I've been thinking of you and your wife a lot. The journey that the two of you are travelling is beyond my ability to fully appreciate. In all honesty, it's one of the toughest I have personally known. That you face each day with purpose and potential is a credit to you all.

This song is brilliant.

Your trademark ability to raise the roof with super quality productions must have been sizzling when you wrote this. Every time I listen to what you create, I sit here marvelling at what you can do and what is possible.

First class listening from beginning to end.

My heartfelt healing thoughts have not stopped coming your way.
Noel

Wonderful message! Terrific production. A lot of punch. LOVE what you did with the bass through the whole thing.

Excellent vocals, as always. Good mix (as always).

Wishing you and Rachel both the absolute best, of course!

Thanks so much, Floyd! So appreciate your prayers and well wished for Rachel and me! I always welcome and really appreciate your comments. And thank you for your kind words!

Thanks, TuneMonger, for your generous comments about the song, and your well wishes for Rachel! Really appreciated!

Very impressed with this.

A more amazing thing is that given what you are going through personally, and how weighing that must be, to write such an upbeat song . . . and do it so well--amazing really. Please know I'm sending my best wishes and kindest thoughts your way. Stay strong and never give up hope!

My very best to you!

Deej

Thanks, Deej! Wasn't real sure how this would turn out, since I had a cheap mic, decent (but not used in a couple years) interface, and using Logic (great program, but not used in quite a while.) I'm glad you think it turned out well. Thank you so much for your wishes and thoughts for Rachel and me. And we are staying strong, and full of hope! Thanks again, my friend!

Bravo! Great little tune. Well written. The vocals sound very good. The band rocks too, of course.

I send you and your wife my best wishes. I'm pulling for you both.

Our conversations over the last couple of years have instilled in us a genuine understanding of your faith and positive attitude. That is a powerful combo and we continue to wish you both the best.

As Janice said you keep singing it and we'll keep listening to it ... and she will keep singing along smile

Your rep as a fine writer and vocalist is duly demonstrated here Mr. Young! The positive lyric is delivered via a fine engaging and, dare we use the word :), catchy melody.

That RT/RD band is a showcase on the showcase for the use of BiaB -- in talented hands.

It's great to see you back here ... we and others have missed your productions!

In spite of my efforts to try to keep up with all your kind posts, I had some setbacks in my own health that put me in the hospital for a brief stay, and now I am back to full time care-taking of my wife after her stem cell replacement. I hope y'all understand my spotty visits! smile

I just want to thank all of you for your kind words about this song. Your comments mean a lot to me. Music is my break from the craziness in my world right now, so I am glad you enjoy this song.

I am trying to write some, so I will be dropping some more new songs as well. I will try to give a listen to some of the great music on the forum, as well. Please forgive me if I am not able to be as consistent as I would like to be with posting here. And again, I so appreciate all your thoughts and prayers for Rachel during this time!
