Hi all. I have been busy writing instrumentals lately. This track " Your now in the game" only has one BB track (Guitar 2 - 1684 Guitar, Electric, Rhythm PopPromiseCrispHeld Ev16 100) and that guitar track has been reversed for effect. This highlights how BB tracks can be used in different ways. All comments welcome. Hi Rob,
You've clearly put a lot of work into this track and I really enjoyed the listen.
Lots of dynamics and good sound effects.
Well Done.
Best Regards Nigel

Hello Bob, I had to go into your back catalogue to reassure myself it really was you. Different, daring and effective mate. Some excellent grind in some bass bits too. How's the arborist business going? A few bits in this reminded me of chain saws. Then again there're two or three of those going in the neighbourhood today interspersed with thunnnnks. I enjoyed the definite change of direction.

The song is fun, but not my cup of tea.

From the first beats this is totally different than what I expected. Very cool sounds and effects. Gives feeling of walking first time on an empty square full of colorful video boards, excited what is going to happen next. The spoken fits the mood very well.

Wow, that was 180 degrees for you! Your voice is so good, I def missed it. Good work, maybe you can combine this new style with some singing. That would be the best of both worlds!

Rob,
This is great. So musical & fresh. I love the use of the loops throughout the piece.
The mix is stellar. Loved it!

Rob,
The great thing about BIAB is you can use it for the entire production or just pieces of it and the super thing is that PG Music in no way discourages the minimal use of the program if that's what we need in a project.
The tune is a clever little piece that would/should work in a movie scene if you could get the right persons attention to give it a listen. I feel that this is an excellent track! Thanks, Torrey

Whoa... WHOA! A cool feel, Rob. Man, there's so much in there. I gave it a few trips through my headphones, and I'm beginning to see silhouettes dancing behind my eyelids. You put a lot of work in there, and it was all enjoyable on this end. Thanks.

Rob,
Well, yeah, that was very different, but engaging and interesting. Impressive creativity in putting this together. As rayc mentioned, a daring piece but you pulled it off. Nice work!
All my best,
Deej

Hi Rob,
Wow!!!
This is very inventive stuff! I really love what you've done.
I don't play around all that much with loops and synth sounds but you've got me feeling like I'm missing out if I don't start looking at them.
This instrumental is filled with possibilities!
All the best, Noel

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option
Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!
Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!
For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.
Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!
Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
