I want to drag and drop the chord made by scaler to BIAB VST chord. But, I can't Can you do it?
I haven't found a way to send photos and videos. I can only rely on the text above. I hope you understand what I mean and hope to realize this function as soon as possible!

While BIAB does permit input of a midi file, the BIAB-VST does not. The VST was not designed to perform all the function of the full standalone program.
Can't really imagine the need for putting midi into BIAB-VST since BIAB generates its own midi. Unless of course you want the chords.
In that case...
BIAB-VST does not currently permit the input of midi data in order to assign chord names. Having said that, you can drag and drop chords from Scaler2 to BIAB-VST, but ONLY using Reaper! because it uses the midi labels not the midi data. This was discussed in detail: Here
This is on a watch list hoping to appear in the 2022 version of the VST.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
