This is a stand-alone version of popping. In the stand-alone version, the problem is very serious. In studio one, you can adjust the buffer to 1024 to alleviate this problem, but it will not be completely solved.
What you said is the most basic knowledge. I won't make such a low-level mistake. In order to make BB VST operate normally, I have lowered the settings 44.1 and 16bit I set the buffer to 1024 so that there was no burst. I know everything about settings. Don't say I'm a setup problem.

Not to start a war but sometimes one can overlook the obvious, been there-done that.
I have heard noise like what you uploaded when things were running in the background. Have you tried disabling your Ethernet card via the device manager, your anti-virus, and your anti-malware? I do this when I am using my DAW and it has eliminated those artifacts. YMMV
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.
64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
I reinstalled the win10 system and reinstalled all the drivers. Everything else is fine Including the main program of band in a box Everything is fine. But as long as I use BIAB VST or Band-in-a-Box Daw plugin standalone There are all kinds of problems, popping My settings are all right. 44.1 and buffer are correct. If you are a PC or windows and you use BB VST, you will find problems such as popping I guess many people here mainly use the band in a box main program I have no problem using the band in a box main program. All troubles come from band in a box VST and standalone I'm sure that the Band-in-a-Box Daw plugin has many problems and needs to be upgraded immediately

Swingbaby, I have used the plugin both on Mac and win 10 and have no issues of popping at all. I not suggesting your problem is not real, just pointing out that it may be some type of setting or something internal. I found Studio one to be the issue more often than the VSTi, or the standalone. I would go so far as to even check my cables and connections. I once had an issue that turned out to be the USB port I was using.

I use BB VST popping in studio one at least. If I use BB VST in FL Studio, popping is more.
Has anyone confirmed this claim? Is it in S1 or Reaper or Standalone or all three?
By the way, 3.9.9 was recalled within 24 hours of release at least 2 weeks ago, because of a serious issue reported. 3.9.12 replaced it the next day. So no need to look at 3.9.9.
That is version 3.9.9 and was never released. It was used only in the beta forum for 1 day when this was issue was reported. It was replaced with v3.9.12 which fixed this problem. But I already told you that!
Was asking MusicStudent to try another device and he may get popping:

Just have to wait for BUG fix. Adar is very busy now on version 4.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
Update your Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows® Today!
Update your Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows for free with build 1111!
With this update, there's more control when saving images from the Print Preview window, we've added defaults to the MultiPicker for sorting and font size, updated printing options, updated RealTracks and other content, and addressed user-reported issues with the StylePicker, MIDI Soloists, key signature changes, and more!
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
